Hallmark management are horrible. Incompetent, abuse of HUD rentals, pest controls issues, elder abuse issues. Roaches, bedbugs.

Safe, quiet place to live. My neighbors are good people.When I moved in, the apartment was not up to standard. I have tried to make it liveable and home. At the time, I was and continue to deal with health issues, and most importantly I was homeless. All praises to the Most High GOD I have a roof over my head and good neighbors.
