Well... I don't do too many reviews. However, I felt compelled to share my personal experience with Quality Carpets. I have used them for my own home, my parents, and my brothers homes. I also do home renovations and have used them on countless jobs. Additionally, as a Realtor, I have recommended them for many years to my clients, ALL without ANY complaints.
That doesn't mean every job is perfection. We're all human. However, if there is an issue, they have always come out and made things right. They are as good or better on pricing compared to the box stores... and they have their own crews, which makes accountability on workmanship much easier. I worked with Debbie for many years. She recently retired. However, Jon appears to be carrying the torch just fine.
Unless I'm missing something, I just don't get the other reviews. I'm not saying they are false... but, it's like they are speaking about another company... at least not the Quality Carpets I know. I can recommend them with the hope that they continue with the service I have experienced thus far.
