A one of a kind gem in Somerville! Super cool owner and lots of good movies for rent and for sale. You don’t see stuff like this anymore, glad I stopped in ?

Really great place. Been open for 20+ years, and have a plethora of movies such as classics, 80s and 90s era, westerns, comedy, kids section etc... Gets new movies every week, even some b4 they hit the stores.

Absolutely amazing service. The owner is really friendly and the selection is good. He buys and sells classic consoles, has a raffle for free rentals, and has an awesome cheap drink machine! Wonderful business!

The video stop is the only place around that you can still get service from real people. Bill and his daughter Erin run the store. They are very kind and friendly. If you aren't sure what you would like to see, they are great at recommending the best of different genres. I really enjoy dealing with people instead of a machine. Also they really make renting videos nice. When you have been enough they really get to know you and address you by name. I always enjoy renting videos with a small town feel from people with smiles. We love The Video Stop. Keep doing what you do best Bill and Erin because you do it right.

The only place you can still get the personal touch. If you aren't sure they'll give suggestions. They get to know their customers. I love this place.
