I am so pissed off. I have not had service since July 10th!!! First appt July 13th 5p to 7p. About 503p I received a phone call stating the tech will be running late outside of the window. By 815p no one had show up. I had to call to see if someone was still coming. Needlers, to say, I had to reschedule. Major inconvenience for me with my job. Second, appt July 19th 5p to 7p. Again, by like 508p, I received a call stating the tech would be late outside of the window. What kind of granutee Xfinity is offering. Lies is what it is. Keep in mind I still do not have any service. I scheduled my appointments based on Xfinity availability and my availability. This is some BS!!!!! Xfinity y'all suck and are full of lies. I bet you want my money though. I bet some customer rep is going to fix their mouth to said I can only credit you 10.00 off your bill. Bullshit!!!! This doesn't make any sense.....I'm so 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. How many over the phone advance tech has to do the exact same troubleshooting. I'm sick of that mess. I pay my money in exchange for services.....I don't have any services and haven't since July 10th. What the hell am I paying for....ughhhhhhh!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to activate my Internet service now for multiple days. I went to one store on New Year’s Day and their systems were down fine. Now I’m at the Germantown location in the gentleman is trying to pull up my existing account when I have no point did I tell him anything about that account. I proceeded to tell him what I need to get done and he’s trying to set up new service for me, which is not what’s needed my voice my frustration where he proceeded to be unhelpful I asked for a manager he said the manager is unavailable not sure what kind of experience is Xfinity but it’s ridiculous in matching exactly how people feel about your company. I waited as he went to the back to check for a manager. He came back and said she said the same thing and she’s in a meeting. Wow!

Went there to get my Internet set up, and they got my address wrong, so I was unable to get an account or any services set up. Phone support was no help, so I had to go BACK to the store, and they ensured that they had my address right, even when I read it out to them and showed them it written down, they ensured it was right and told me there was nothing they could do. It was not right. They put down the neighbor’s address. This was a stupid, careless mistake by the employees that they made TWICE, and I can’t get any support to fix the issue.

Xfinity is the absolute WORST internet and cable service provider!!
My Mom is 85 years old and lives in a retirement community where Xfinity is the only option for a provider.
She has had to get 5 new cable boxes!!! Her’s “go out” every 3 months or so.
Then I have to go over and unhook everything, take it to the Xfinity office and exchange it, then hook it all back up again.
They refuse to send out a technician without a “service fee”.
Absolutely asinine that we have to do this every 3-4 months and they blame it on her TV which is only 3 years old.
I will NEVER use or recommend Xfinity or Comcast to anyone for anything.
