“Outstanding customer service from April! She goes above and beyond to help problem solve issues that can't be resolved over the phone. I was ready to switch to another cellphone carrier up until I traveled to this store and met April. She deserves special recognition for her positive attitude and her desire to help. It is evident that she cares and is extremely knowledgeable. I am thankful for her help and support!”
