Called about getting a phone repaired voice mail said it was closed till Friday. It was Friday I left a detailed message. With a return number. I called 2 more times in the next week no reply. That's why I put 1 star.

Oh wow I can't say enough good things about this cell phone accessories store. As soon as I walked a employee named Casey helped me with everything I needed and wanted she never left my side making sure what I picked out was what I needed and she made sure what I picked out was what I needed. Yesterday I had Absolutely the greatest experience I've ever had buying a new phone. Travis is extremely good at helping you decide what phone fits your needs, and he has one of the greatest personalities I've ever seen in my life. Just an all around great experience from this small town locally-owned business. The prices were great, the personality was great, and the knowledge was fantastic. Travis, the owner of Positive Connection has gone above and beyond to help me with several situations that have arose with my iPhone. He repaired my broken screen with a quick turn around and when I had a problem on vacation and I called him, he took the time to walk me through what was wrong. I'm now needing an upgraded phone and will be ordering with him because he take customer service seriously and I know he will take care of any issues. I recommend his shop for any cellular needs!
