Very professional but the workers seem tired and over worked

I have called a few times just out of my own confusion about tracking this or that and they are always friendly and willing to help me. The staff delivering my packages are always nice!

I have the worst postal delivery person. I am so tired of him stuffing mail in our mail box. If it doesnt fit he will make it fit. Including bending a book to make it fit instead of putting it on our porch. I lived in 3 states and this is the worst service ever!
