Best customer service of any Verizon store in the area. Sergio was not only helpful but also very personable. This isn't my closest Verizon store but the one I'll always use while customer service is so superior.

Went to Verizon the other day to just check some things out and review my budget! Very clean place and amazing customer service! I can in close to their lunch break (which they rightfully need) and got in and out super fast and with all the info I needed! I highly recommend! I don’t understand the complaints about this Verizon (most of them) but all in all is a wonderful place to get your phone check out!!

Came here during business hours two days in a row. This time I had an appointment at 2pm and called ahead to “verify,” but there’s a sign on the door that says lunch. 2nd trip into town for nothing. Two other people came by while I was waiting. Apparently they just don’t come to work here. Not a good look, Verizon.

Sales guy was wonderful and very helpful! Not many incentives from Verizon to switch from another carrier though. Disappointing.

I ordered a galaxy watch 6 online and choose victra sparta for pickup, I was told my watch was opened to update it for me, upon closer inspection the wireless charger was missing, once I got home after purchasing a separate charger, I powered the watch on only to find it was already linked to a Google account. What the hell kind of place is this?
