Met the new manager in store and the pharmacy manager. I am excited for my hometown store to have these great 2 individuals to help our community. The store looks cleaner and the pharmacy is busy but they are doing a great job! Congrats on loving our community!

The pharmacy stays overwhelmed. Tried callong for an hour, no answer or answer, then call drops. Finally just went to the store. Another wait, for the info update I was trying to update by phone. After speaking with a rx worker, 75 minutes later, still waiting.

Always saying meds aren't ready when the text says they are. And went in person was told wasn't ready but then a higher up came and said it was ready so very much confusion
