Elder's Ace Hardware of Spring City is a family owned, locally run neighborhood hardware store. It offers a very pleasant and helpful group of employees who provide awesome service. Customers note the nice feel in the store and appreciate the recent remodel, which created a newer, more modern style that feels more open and brighter. The store has a good assortment of tools and a great assortment of bolts, screws, and other hardware. It also provides a really good assortment of lumber for a Main Street location. While some wish for a cash register in the new garden center, the business is valued as a very nice, hometown Ace hardware that inspires customers to drive extra to support it. The staff is known for going above and beyond, even hand-cutting special keys with chips when needed.
It hard to find anything on your own since it is spread out in 2 different buildings but they have plenty of employees to point you in the right direction very friendly and knowledgeable group

Wonderful staff was very VERY helpful when my senior mother needed a restroom immediately! But.... we learned we will never use the restroom in this business again.... 🤢

Was there to get a key made found out it needed a special key was no problem even though their key machine was down the hand cut my key which needed to be have a chip in it and they did just a great job first time got it to work better than Walmart by far
