It's a fantastic place to shop my only problem is there's usually one cashier with a massive line. They are overworking one person to save on labor No Doubt. Granted they make their line disappear rather quickly but come on put some more people on the lines

Horrible customer service my first time going to Aldi and will never come back to this one. I’m shopping and employee pushes my cart out of the way to stock shelves no excuse me or anything. The whole time she is huffing and puffing because paying customers are in her way trying to grocery shop. I get up to the register and again I’m first time customer so I seen I have to pay for bags I ask the clerk how many she thinks and she said I don’t know I don’t use bags when I shop. Then it’s time to pay and I’m pulling up my apple wallet to pay and she ask me did I change my mind paying in cash no I’m not if you could have 10 seconds of patience I’m paying off phone. Then as I’m bagging groceries behind her another customer ask her if she’s in a rush she said it’s Sunday at Aldi I have to be. You work with the public you can be kind and still keep your line moving.

I lived in Germany for years and loved Aldi. This Aldi is pretty comparable. But every time I go the lines are extremely long to check out. Many times there is only one cashier. Today another girl finally got another register but didn't turn her light on so no one really knew what was happening. This led to other people lining up in her lane while those of us that had been waiting for a while were still left waiting. Do better.

Great selection, horrible customer service. I have shopped here for the last year or so, both through Aldi directly and Instacart. Today I placed an Instacart order, which said I could pick up until they closed. We arrived just a few minutes before close (cutting it close I will admit, but still before close) and opened the Instacart app to be told to contact the store. I attempted to call the store to avoid getting out as we had two babies in the car, but quickly realized I wasn’t going to get through in time and decided to go in instead. I approached the door at 7:59 to find it locked so I attempted the exit door where a checkout employee immediately saw me and yelled “NO, we’re closed”. I gestured and stated that I had a pickup order, and she said nope, it’s after 8 it’s cancelled. I offered to come in and load it up myself, and she again said no, after 8, the order is cancelled. I understand it was closing time but I’d been there for 5 or so minutes trying to get ahold of someone and then I’m told my order is cancelled. I’ve always loved Aldi for their quality food at a bargain price but I will not be returning to this location because of this experience tonight. I will make the 20 minute drive to the location in Franklin from now on.
