Went in today for the Apple Watch. I was eligible for an upgrade and Parker stated couldn’t upgrade have to do a new line and I would have to call ATT do cancel my current line! Called ATT and they stated he should have processed the upgrade and they see this a lot for commission and sales. He also did nothing to help me set this device up. Will not be back to store for anything.
Update, Jalen Overbey the Regional Manager sent me 1 email requesting to talk about the situation and I have heard nothing back. This company (AT&T Portables) is a joke. Please don’t go here go to the store on Main Street or the corporate store in Nashville.

We had an issue with upgrading our phones that AT&T customer service could not solve. We went to the Crossings store and had everything we needed fixed by Parker. He was able to troubleshoot and complete the upgrade quickly and efficiently. Without Parker we would still be without our phones!

These people do not help with anything. I’ve stopped here on 4 different occasions and each time they said they couldn’t help me… I bought the phones here they don’t explain how to do anything they “can’t help with” just tell me to google things or call apple. I wanted to cancel a line today that we no longer use and they’re telling me they won’t do it and I have to keep paying for it. They don’t want to help you unless you’re gunna spend a bunch of money

Was advised by corporate AT&T to take my new in the box iPhone 16 pro to ANY AT&T store and I would be able to make an exchange for an iPhone 16 pro max without issue. AT&T at The Crossings Spring Hill declined to allow me do so. I had to call customer service back, purchase the phone I wanted, then I was able to mail in the other phone.
Went back to the same store 2 days later to return 2 accessories. A man was walking out of the store and he said, “Good luck finding someone to help you.” I walked in and there literally was NO EMPLOYEE in the store! After waiting 30 minutes or so, I found a door that I assumed to be an office door, so I knocked. Several minutes later an employee, Parker, finally emerged looking unkempt and partially asleep. Seemingly exacerbated, he asked for my phone number, put it in his iPad, said he could not find where I had purchased the phone or accessories from AT&T, & went on to accuse me of fraud for simply doing what corporate AT&T told me to do…return the products to my local AT&T store.
The customer service at AT&T Spring Hill is absolutely pathetic. Corporate AT&T either needs to step in and manage this store or the store needs to be closed, period. I asked to schedule an appointment with Sidney, Parker’s manager, for the following day. Parker said that he would not grant me an appointment. I AM BEYOND furious. My next step would is to report this business to the Better Business Bureau.

Service was quick , friendly and Team associate Cameron Monroe was pleasant and very knowledgeable, took care of me and my million questions with professionalism I expect and appreciate from AT&T. That young man deserves a raise ! I won’t ever go to another AT&T location as long as he is there .

Don't recommend them. They're not corporate. They're a franchise retailer. Staff are not experienced and little knowledge of AT&T processes. If you want your account messed up and to lose your phone numbers associated with it then this is your place. If not, go to Columbia to the corporate store. At least they know how AT&T operates.

Cameron was amazing and super helpful. He was knowledgeable and very kind. He made my day so much easier because I just had such an issue my phone broke I got another one the dog got the tray that goes in with the SIM card and it was just a lot going on. He was able to get my phone working and connected with my former number and was just overall such a joy. I really appreciate his kindness and patience with my kind of crazy situation. He is definitely a people person.

***Edited*** When I posted this review, I was contacted almost immediately by Jalen Overby with ATT. He said he should have a response to our billing concerns by the next Monday. I was excited someone was finally able to help us. In subsequent messages he indicated that he did say that but "these things take time" and he's not able to help us. Subsequent emails and voice mails have gone unanswered.***** We switched from Verizon to ATT in December, taking advantage of an IPhone promotion deal. Our promotion was entered incorrectly and from our first bill onward we have been charged significantly more than we were quoted. The store employees called the Loyalty department twice on our behalf and both times the Loyalty department seemed to have resolved the issue but no change was ever reflected on our bill. Per the advice of the store manager, Shelby, we then opened up a "ticket" to have our case looked into at a higher level. We were told that would take a few days for research. It's been three months and we've seen no resolution or communication beyond one phone call which promised a response in two weeks which was months ago. BUYER BEWARE, if your billing is wrong, which happens, you have absolutely no recourse.

Fast experience! Manager made sure our needs were immediately addressed. Associate was on it fast and we were out in less than 30 min. The only issue I had was I forgot to ask what plan my new line would be on and the protection plan was automatic at the highest. So, all-in-all a fast & efficient job done!

shelby and hali and charles and the guy with the beanie on are so nice and helpful. everytime i go in there my problems fly away. shelby even fixed my car and then i was on my way. wish i could get stuck there again. thank you for your service ???????
