Today I had the most incredibe experience at this location. A man named Cameron M., helped me with quite a few things and spent almost 2 hours helping me. He is a kind, gentle, caring man with a strong sense of integrity and patience. I have rarely been this impressed by an employee. He is a stand out. I would not let him go. In my opinion, time for a big raise! I will not go elsewhere from now on. This AT&T is exceptional.

Outstanding Experience!
I stopped by the store to upgrade my phone and pick up a new watch, and the experience couldn’t have been better! I was helped by two amazing employees who made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. They were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. I walked out with exactly what I wanted — and a smile on my face. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for top-notch service!

Had an issue with my phone. Walked in and was greeted with a smile. Jaida B fixed my phone in a matter of 10 short minutes. She was very knowledgeable, and technical savvy. She knew it was a sim card issue and made it happen for us! Great job Jaida! Happy happy customer here.

Returned phone but it is somewhere stuck in the ether. ATT keeps billing me for a phone I do not own. This location said they would take care of it but now ATT is pursuing collections. WTH. The home office is not helpful and you would think that the branch could help me out. Nothing, crickets, but yet someone wants their 1000. Did they take my phone and sell it on the black market? WTH.

The store was helpful, until they weren't. I had been with AT&T for almost 20 years.
I was trying to be cheap after my phone just randomly quit working. All the signs pointed to an issue with the device itself. I wasn't due for an upgrade for 4 months and I was told that my trade-in credit from my previous phone would get taken away if I tried to pay my phone off prior to that time.
The plan: I was going to add a line, bringing my fiancé over from Verizon, use her upgrade that she would get to get a new phone and then in 4 months, she could use mine. This was confirmed with several store employees that it would be fine to do.
The execution: After a struggle with Verizon to unlock a paid off iPhone, I was finally able to bring my fiancé over to AT&T. We added her line and were told by a store employee that we had to wait 48 hours to get a phone. I came back after 48 hours had gone by and was told that I had to get the phone day of and now it was too late. The employee that told me to wait 48 hours was there and owned up to her mistake, which I appreciated. Another employee said that he would contact AT&T to get it fixed. After he spoke with AT&T, he notified me that there's nothing he could do and that my fiancé was no longer eligible for an upgrade.
Due to many issues over the years, previous to this event, and my experience with AT&T during the recent events, I elected to move to T-Mobile. I don't appreciate being told the wrong thing and then the company can't even fix their mistake.

Cameron assisted us and the service was professional and we were helped immediately. Store itself was very clean and overall such an easy experience to setup Internet wifi for our apartment home.
