We have been to several AT&T stores for various different reasons. The a level or service and attention we received at this store was top shelf. Our customer service rep Cam was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Wonderful experience. Cameron was excellent and made my upgrade and transfer so smooth and easy. I would recommend this location 100 times over. You should get this kid a name tag!!!!

I went in to purchase a screen protector and new phone case and came out a very happy ATT customer! Zee was very convincing and switching my internet provider over saved me money! I will be switching my cellphone provider over soon and I’ll be looking for her. Great customer service ATT!

I came in on a Thursday afternoon and the manager Megan was so helpful and so polite. Absolutely love her. She is knowledgeable and kind and patient. She’s definitely a keeper. If I could give more stars I would!! Big Mike is crushing it over there, and his team was outstanding.I was switching from Verizon and, even scarier, making the switch from Android to iPhone. This was something I'd fought for a long time, and I walked in nervous. Z, and Cameron were both awesome, and I watched them multitask helping me and another customer without making either of us feel ignored. It was a throwback to how customer service used to be!!My iPhone is great, and the AT&T service is already 10 times better than what I had. Mike even put my screen protector and case on for me...even though it was just some random one I bought off the internet.Great atmosphere (watched parts of the Bama game Saturday, and the Titans game Sunday while I was there), Great people, Great Service!!! The trifecta!! Go check them out!JT

AVOID THIS STORE. THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS! Two months ago I was given incorrect information when I wanted to upgrade. I wanted to upgrade because the iPhone has had issues charging for at least the past 6 months. I was told I would need to completely pay off my old phone even though I’m paying extra for next up if I wanted to get the deal on trade in. When I called in a few days ago I found out that was false. Get my new phone and go to the store to buy liquid glass to have it put on. I was told o we don’t do that. Since when? O the manager said we can’t. Is this a company policy? The acting manager who told customer service he isn’t a manager told me he didn’t know how to do it so they wouldn’t do it. I said when I purchased in Franklin they did it for me. So I was told you should go to Franklin then. Call customer service. They finally give me a manager. They tell me they called another store on the opposite side of Spring Hill that would do it or I can just wait til Monday. Drive over to the other store to be told sure we can put it on but o we don’t have any of the liquid glass or any screen protector for an s22+?♀️ Just All around terrible customer service

had a salesperson come to my house and 100% lie to my face about several things. he said phones were free with trade in and then he runs my credit and then says the total and it was over 500$ and they charge sales tax on the full price of the phone which I dont even understand how that's legal. that's like buying a tv on sale and them charging sales tax as if it wasnt on sale.. he said "we have all the colors" for the phone we wanted. then when we go to pick out the device they didnt have 3 of the colors he said they had which was frustrating bc we could have done the same deal somewhere else and they had the colors we wanted. then they didnt do something right so I had to refund the entire order and spend 3 hours on the phone giving numbers and verifying info and then I wait another week and contact them and something happens again and I have to do it over again only for them to tell me exact same thing and it will ship.. still never charged my card so I know it wont ship

Melissa at the Spring Hill TN store was absolutely delightful and most helpful in getting our new phones up and going. We were considering leaving AT&T for another but because of Melissa's help, we are now very pleased customers.

This AT&T store is why I would much rather go to work with AT&T employees in person rather than the online reps. Chase was so knowledgable and extremely helpful. He not only fixed my shipping issues with a couple new orders, but he also saw that my plan was setup so complicated by the online reps that I actually wasn't getting the best deal for my household needs. Chase even proceeded to breakdown and explain how he would suggest utilizing specific plans and features for what I need in my household. He solved my problem and went above and beyond in helping me get all that I need from AT&T. Thank you, Chase!

Chase was awesome. Very knowledgeable of all the phones/ watches/ plans. I bought the s22 ultra and I'm so happy with it. I'm confident that if I have ANY issues with my phone or bill or anything at all, Chase will take care of it. Go see Chase yall!
