Drive-Thru teller tried to claim she isn’t allowed to cut a check through the drive-thru even though I’ve done it dozens of times before at this same location. She even tried to tell me that they haven’t ever offered that. So we walked through the rain and went inside.
At the desk, the same woman “helps” us. She then proceeded to loudly announce THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT, as well as the FULL amount of the (large) check we were having cut for our business. The lobby was full of other people waiting.
On top of this, in general, our regions bank account has been compromised multiple times in a very short amount of time. We will be closing our accounts ASAP

Michelle Jatczak was amazing. She greeted me the moment I got in line and made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. She helped tremendously in opening a money market account, guiding me in my choices, and being incredibly professional and sweet. I will be going back to Michelle for all of my Regions banking needs!

💜My banker Joan McSpaddin is the BEST!!! She helps with financial needs, not only thoroughly, but efficiently. She gives advice on how to improve credit scores in a way that sounds doable. She has always helped me with any issue I’ve had with unexpected charges on my account and so much more! She’s AWESOME!!!💜

Super easy to schedule an appointment and I was helped almost immediately after arriving. I met with Angie, who was super polite and provided excellent customer service.

Super rude banker Stephanie Fox. When trying to deposit cash and asking them to count, she insinuated that bankers steal from customers so in the future I need to know the exact amount before giving it to them to deposit. Very weird and really rude experience that makes me question Regions Bankers since apparently they steal from customers from time to time.

I’ve been with Regions for more than a decade. I do not participate in online. I really appreciate those that work at my local branch. Professional and kind.After putting 98 percent of my money into a money market, I was really disappointed that I didn’t research more. Bc, there are banks that will pay a higher interest rate. Since I’m retired, well I wish I done my due diligence

Opened an account today and was an absolutely wonderful experience. India greeted me immediately upon entering and was fabulous to work with. Her customer service was excellent and am so glad we opened our account at this Regions location.

Only open from 9-12 on Saturdays, and is by appointment only. Which isn't posted online, shown, or written anywhere except a whiteboard outside the front door on the sidewalk. only regions branch within 30 minutes open on Saturdays, for only 3 hours, and only by appointment which you can’t find out until you are physically standing at the building. room for improvement abounds

Their ATM is always on the fritz...either not dispensing cash or accepting deposits. Almost once a week the machine will not accept deposits. Extremely frustrating.

India is a wonderful rep and there have not been any problems banking at this center. Drive Thru staff are also very sweet and kind every time I come through.

ATMs not allowing deposits.. useless
