Super rude banker Stephanie Fox. When trying to deposit cash and asking them to count, she insinuated that bankers steal from customers so in the future I need to know the exact amount before giving it to them to deposit. Very weird and really rude experience that makes me question Regions Bankers since apparently they steal from customers from time to time.

I’ve been with Regions for more than a decade. I do not participate in online. I really appreciate those that work at my local branch. Professional and kind.After putting 98 percent of my money into a money market, I was really disappointed that I didn’t research more. Bc, there are banks that will pay a higher interest rate. Since I’m retired, well I wish I done my due diligence

Opened an account today and was an absolutely wonderful experience. India greeted me immediately upon entering and was fabulous to work with. Her customer service was excellent and am so glad we opened our account at this Regions location.

Only open from 9-12 on Saturdays, and is by appointment only. Which isn't posted online, shown, or written anywhere except a whiteboard outside the front door on the sidewalk. only regions branch within 30 minutes open on Saturdays, for only 3 hours, and only by appointment which you can’t find out until you are physically standing at the building. room for improvement abounds

Their ATM is always on the fritz...either not dispensing cash or accepting deposits. Almost once a week the machine will not accept deposits. Extremely frustrating.

India is a wonderful rep and there have not been any problems banking at this center. Drive Thru staff are also very sweet and kind every time I come through.

As a veteran of this country I am disgusted with the disrespect shown towards me by the employee and Branch Manager that I dealt with today. I didn’t even get to deal with the Branch Manager because apparently he’s too busy. Sitting here watching, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Not all of us have tens of thousands in our bank accounts, that is no excuse to not handle my problem.Corporate: please get in touch with me as well as your incompetent branch manager.Thank you,Nicholas.

There’s a reason there’s so many one stars. Online banking sucks and there customer service is horrible. I would give zero stars if I could.
