Paige Osborne was an absolute delight and very helpful. They were rocking it helping multiple people at once I've never seen someone do that and stay on task each time with each person. I traded in my Samsung Galaxy s20+ 5G for a s24+ also got a screen protector and case. They even puts my screen protector on flawlessly. (I never had it done so perfect) This was hands down the best experience I've had getting a new phone. Give them a raise or something awesome they deserve it! I didn't mind the wait time at all because they were rocking it no wonder why people come to that store she was awesome. If I ever need anything I'm coming to this store again.

I had the best experience getting an upgrade on my phone ! So easy so smooth all because of Paige’s work ethic she was assisting multiple people at a time and still got the job done quick. She had an answer to all my questions and undoubtedly deserves her position as GM.

From the moment we walked into the store Paige was nothing short of a delight! She made the process of upgrading my phone seamless and stress free. She is extremely professional, has great customer service skills and genuinely kind. There was even a table set up with crayons and Christmas coloring books to keep my daughter preoccupied while she helped us. Thank you for all your help! I highly recommend this location if you need anything.
