Freddy helped us replace a battery yesterday and he was so kind! He had a trainee with him and the patience he had with the new employee was absolutely wonderful. You don't get to see a learning experience like that everyday and it was great to see Freddy teach while providing excellent customer service. Congrats on the 13 years, Freddy!

Lived here 4 years and this place has gone down hill in the last 6 months the new manager has lost half his crew and there is never anyone there to help you alway get told sorry sir can’t leave the store to help you and everyone else is always out on lunch
Tell me how much you don’t care about the customers this place has fallen far since Mike left won’t be back !

The fellas at this location are super helpful! We came in halfway through our road trip with some serious engine issues and after running the codes they recommended us to a Tire Discounters right down the street. 10/10 recommendations by these men, they are clearly knowledgeable, and they also showed great compassion for what was going on.

Can’t recommend this autozone enough. I came in looking for a part and the manager went above and beyond.
1. He was kind, courteous, and funny.
2. With an easy opportunity to sell me a more expensive part, he did not.
3. He even went out of his way to help me get the broken part of an assembly removed and partially assembled the part back together.
4. He did all this while helping other customers and used it as an opportunity to train a new employee.
This autozone will now be my first stop for my vehicle needs.

Freddie you’re a life saver! He found the exact spark plugs I needed for my motorcycle! Not even the other bike dealers I called could help. Not all hero’s wear capes. Thank you Autozone!

Called in to find out about a car battery spoke with the manager Ed he understood that I was a woman with a husband out of town didn't really know what to do if it wasn't my battery. Took my car up there and tested said it was my battery called around to see who could install it this man took time out of his schedule to install my battery it was not easy for just to pull it out and put it back in, he had to take parts off in order to get my battery on there I cannot express to you enough how forever grateful I am for him doing this for me because otherwise I was going to have to take it somewhere and have it put it in, Ed if i ever need anything for my car I will never go anywhere else and you have a customer for life. thank you so much I plan on coming up there to bring you some dinner for Father's Day.

Fred and Malcom were incredibly helpful and helped my brother and I find a new water outlet hose, along with several other things. Fred explained how to install our new parts in great detail. We will definitely be back. It was the best experience I've had at an auto parts store

My daughters engine light needed the code pulled. The store manager was instantly welcoming and pulled the code. He provided me with a print out of the needed part. I will utilize auto zone exclusively for this day forward! 5 stars!!!!!

I had to get a battery replaced. I called the store to make sure they had the one I needed- phone was answered quickly by Fred who confirmed inventory and told me to ask for him. I got to the store and Fred changed my battery. He was so kind and knowledgeable- very thankful to have gotten it taken care of quickly!
