Bath and body has always been one of my favorite stores, until someone at the location entered a email that doesn't exist. I have been going to the stores for over 10 yrs, and spent sooooo much money. This last yr/months has been ridiculous! I have not been getting my points, I've called every other month to customer service. I've also had receipts. They keep telling me, the issue will be fixed. I stayed on the phone with customer service for a hr tonight for nothing
Issue still not resolved. I'm so done!!!

I went to bath and body works today (Sunday) and I was greeted at the door and the workers went above and beyond to explain how today is the last day of the $5.95 sale (great event), I seen Heather from the recent time I shopped and she is always so jolly, happy and pretty, festive attire (she should be the face of this store) always smiling and not looking over your shoulder as I shop, she helped me around the store for the specific scent I was looking for (strawberry poundcake) and I’ll definitely shop here again.

Disappointed. Placed an online order to save time. It does say to allow 4 hours. I was in the area at 3 hours and stopped in. They had not pulled it yet. When I mentioned that you don’t really save time by using online, the clerk states they had a lot of orders ahead of mine and it is one of their busiest days because of tax free weekend. It was insinuated shame on me.
In my opinion, they were obviously not prepared.
