Best Western Spring Hill Inn & Suites is a nice, clean, and quiet hotel considered a best kept secret close to Nashville. It offers a great deal and convenient location. Reviews highlight the amazing and outstanding customer service from the staff. The rooms are clean with comfortable, cozy beds and good pillows, though some beds are full size. There is an awesome pool area and good breakfast. Some issues, like a broken tub, were noted. The area is very safe with many nearby restaurants, including an awesome pizza place next door.
The people the complained about the bed size missed the part on the websites that said full size beds. We loved this place. Cheap, convenient, and clean.
