Best Western Spring Hill Inn & Suites is a nice, clean, and quiet hotel considered a best kept secret close to Nashville. It offers a great deal and convenient location. Reviews highlight the amazing and outstanding customer service from the staff. The rooms are clean with comfortable, cozy beds and good pillows, though some beds are full size. There is an awesome pool area and good breakfast. Some issues, like a broken tub, were noted. The area is very safe with many nearby restaurants, including an awesome pizza place next door.

Relatives stayed here while in town for a Grad party and were very pleased. Very happy with staff and amenities. They're coming back and staying again this year.

5 stars for the staff and the location, very great spot to have a hotel. 4 stars since the rooms need some upgrading, and the internet is definitely not high speed as advertised.
