D1 Spring Hill has been a revelation for both me and my 12-year-old daughter. Initially, I was under the impression that gyms didn't cater to younger members, but discovering D1's program for kids as young as 7 was a game-changer. Joining with my daughter has not only given her a motivational boost but also added a new shared interest to talk about and connect around.Since attending D1, I've observed a remarkable improvement in her attitude and wellbeing. This positive atmosphere is fostered by the genuine warmth of the front desk staff and the trainers' palpable passion for our success. Their guidance on form and technique is invaluable, especially for someone like me, keen to exercise safely as I age.Although I'm no stranger to gym workouts, D1's group classes have introduced me to a dynamic I didn't realize I was missing. The changing weekly workouts keep things fresh and engaging, pushing me to new limits. The sense of community here is undeniable. The supportive and welcoming nature of fellow members makes it an even better gym.The two biggest hurdles for me were initially stepping into the gym and surviving the first week's soreness. But once you're past that, the energy is addictive. It's an incredible way to kickstart the day and I couldn't be happier with our decision to join D1 Spring Hill. I highly recommend giving D1 a try.

I’ve only been working out at D1 for a couple weeks now and absolutely love it! It has changed how I eat and made me stronger. I highly recommend going if you are an athlete or just want to become stronger!

I have been going to D1 fitness for over a year, and it's by far my favorite workout class I've ever attended.It's a lot of athletic, functional movements like pushing and pulling sleds, with a focus on stretching, and not too much cardio like some other gyms.It makes me feel like an athlete again, and I also love that there is some in-built culture. We frequently get together as a class for social events or holiday parties.It's more expensive than other alternatives, but you get what you pay for.If you like the idea of strength training without too much cardio (but there is some!) and plenty of stretching, then this would be perfect for you.

This is the best thing I could’ve done for myself. The coaches are like our friends but continue to push us, the gym is clean and well organized and I am mad I haven’t done this sooner.

The incredible coaches and staff at D1 Spring Hill have played such a huge roll in our son’s athletic development. His strength, speed, agility, coordination and overall athleticism has improved immensely since starting just a few short months ago. The coaches are great with the kids and our son looks forward to coming each week. We are so proud and grateful to be apart of the D1 Spring Hill Family!

I am wrapping up my third week of training at D1 in Spring Hill. The coaches, staff, and other members have been very helpful, nonjudgmental, and encouraging. The workouts are designed to challenge you regardless of your current fitness level, while the coach overseas that the proper techniques are being used. Each of the nine classes has been different, so there isn’t the same repetitive routine to get bored with. If you are looking for a change in your daily grind and want to get healthy, I suggest giving D1 a try.

In my eight days working out at D1 I really feel included and it feels like I’m making progress on all parts of my body every day I come is like a new challenge, and after I feel refreshed and stronger than when I first came in.

I've been attending D1 for the past 6 weeks. I haven't worked out since High School but knew I needed to get back to being somewhat active again. This place is awesome for all types of people on their workout journey. The coaches are great and will help and show you the correct way of doing exercises to keep you from injury. If you're wanting/needing a safe, fun, encouraging place...look no further because this is it!

Hello strangers on the internet! I’m an almost 350 lb man and I’ve been going to D1 twice a week for four weeks. I can honestly say I’ve never had a better training experience in all my life, given this is my first, however I can also honestly say that in these last short weeks I have been feeling incredibly better both physically and mentally. Sierra (my trainer) is an absolute legend and all around amazing person. She has pushed me and encouraged me every session and I always feel tired and really good about myself and what I accomplished. If you are struggling to figure out where to start your fitness journey then you can stop right here. I went in with zero idea what I was doing and several attempts to do it on my own and I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get help.

My son loves training at D1! He is a multi-sport athlete and his coaches have noticed a huge difference in just the 8 workouts that he has completed so far. You definitely want to give D1 Training a try!
