The cashier older aged lady with short hair, her name is ANGELA she is always outside smoking cigarettes. Watched me walk inside, didn't say a thing. she stayed outside long enough for me to walk the whole store and i still had to sit at the checkout and wait on her with a line behind me. On top of that lazy behavior, she always makes me ask to bag my groceries. Not once does she put items in a bag for me when I go to checkout. I have to ask her every single time. I work near this location. If I didn't, I'd never come back. She needs to find a job she wants to actually do. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO ASK TO BAG MY GROCERIES EVERYY TIME AT CHECKOUT. SHE JUST SCANS MY ITEMS AND PUTS IT BACK ON THE TABLE. GUESS WHAT SHE DOES AFTER I ASK TO BAG MY GROCERIES? SHE PUTS A HEAVY 59OZ MINUTE MAID JUICE WITH A SMART WATER WITH MY CANDY AND SNACKS ALL IN ONE SINGLE BAG SO EVERYTHING GETS SMUSHED! GET RID OF HER! SHE NEEDS TO GO HOME IF SHE DOESNT WANT TO WORK. OR SHE NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT HOW TO PROPERLY BAG CUSTOMERS ITEMS. IM NOT GOING TO BE THE ONE TO TEACH HER. THIS AREA IS TOO NICE FOR SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS LAZY WOMAN

Experienced sarcastic remarks while purchasing something with my card (which I found out later it was locked so it didn’t go thru, I have more them enough money there) I did not like the service provided by some guy with a hat long hair. Whatever remarks he may have he should’ve kept that to himself and charged me for my items his input was never asked for…

There is an older lady with blondish brown hair and glasses she has the worst customer service when it comes to assisting minorities. The other employees are very friendly and acknowledge the customers she is only friendly if you’re not a minority. I’ve witnessed and experienced this several times. I waited until today to leave a review bc at 1st I thought she was just having bad days but today I saw that she has an issue with minorities. There were 3 of us in line all minorities and she never once acknowledged us and she seemed as if she really didn’t want to wait on us. The employees on port royal are so friendly and welcoming I love that locations. I only come here bc it’s a little closer for me. Maybe she needs to be re-trained by those employees or find another job where she doesn’t have to help people she feels uncomfortable with or has an issue with.

Tried to use restroom at an on the road snack stop here. (I’m a traveling Nurse) Literally Nowhere else nearby. Jessica, the manager, pleasantly refused stating that both the customer restrooms and employee one were out of order. When I asked what the employees do, she said “we all live about 3 minutes from the house”. AVOID

Went to several service stations to simply get one bag of ice. Each gas station was totally out of ice. I just decided to pull into Dollar general to see if they might have ice low and behold they had a whole bin available. Who knew?

I've never had an issue with this store. Always clean and employees been great until last night. I arrived at 8:50/8:55pm. They close at 9pm. Doors were already locked and employees stood at register, staring out at me. I needed only one or two items. Just ridculous
