The staff was super friendly and helpful. Someone greeted me at the door. They have the dryer that I was looking for. Tony was a good help and help me to get everything I needed to install the new dryer.

Bad customer satisfaction ! I bought Washer & Dryer and they sent us 1 month later and a different model was sent, not the one we bought. think twice when shopping !

Bradley's customer service was excellent. Had trouble with the first item, was on the phone with customer service for 20-30 minutes., no good. So took back to the store and exchanged it. No problem and I know that's how it's supposed to be. But these days it's not. I understand but still it's nice to see a company stand behind their products and have guality employees. In a time of self checkout. It's Nice to see folks taking pride in their company and their job. See you next time I need something

They have the worst customer service, if you even want to call it that. The salesmen will give you wrong information, and managers say there is nothing they can do to help you once you have made a purchase and have left the store. Go ANYWHERE but here.

I was sold an “open box” projector as a “good deal”. Only to find out the item was sold new at the price I paid. The manager didn’t even bother to get out of her chair when I returned it and express my frustration. Totally scammed. This location needs significant training. We have purchased a few items from this store in the past but I will never return.

I went into Electronic Express searching for last-minute Christmas gifts for my husband and son. The sales rep approached me quickly, was very attentive, and helped me pick out exactly what my family wanted. Met with washer dryer salesman. Got price quoted that included hook up install and removal of old units. My wife went back later to pay, and salesman did not include the install in the price that was quoted. I Had to return to the store a 30 minute drive to get a refund put back on our credit card ( don't like being lied to and ripped off". Because they refuse to include the install like they had previously stated they would. Couple of days later went to the electronics express in Franklin Tennessee and got the same price and they included the install and take away of the old units. So if you're going to shop at electronic, Xpress do not do it in Springhill Tennessee drive 20 minutes and save yourself some money and headache.

Bradley was awesome! As soon as I came in he acknowledged me and asked if I needed any help. He helped me make my decision to purchase a tv. He was knowledgeable and knew all about the product. He didn’t pressure me but made it so easy! I was going to go with Best Buy but he even showed me how Electronic Express had better prices. I ended up saving over $300! The financing part was so easy too! I got 36 months interest free financing. I will definitely be coming back to see Bradley and refer everyone to him. You don’t see that type of world class customer service anymore these days and he was just a breath of fresh air and made it so easy! He deserves a big fat raise! Thanks Bradley!

Bought a television from this store, got home and opened the box & it had no power cord, the batteries were already installed in the remote, & no screws to set up the stand! I called the store and explained the situation. They said I could drive back to the store and get a power cord. I asked about my concerns if the TV was used or new. They assured me it was new. I drove 30 miles round trip back to the store and got the cord. Got back home & plugged it up and....Nothing!!! The television didn't even power up. I boxed it up and made the trip back to the store and demanded a refund! They complied but continued to insist the set was new! I did notice the salesman would not look me in the eyes when he was talking to me.BEWARE!!! Minus 5 Stars!

Been buying from this store for 10 plus years. I have most recently bought a 85 inch Samsung tv. It developed a streak in the screen so I checked and my extended service plan and it is still in effect. So I called and filed a warranty claim. Three days later they called me and said we will pick up your TV on the 15th and take it to our shop and fix it and have it back to you in a few weeks. I asked him about a tv to watch while they have mine. He said that they couldn’t do anything about that I would just be without a tv. So I called the store and spoke to the manager and told him my situation and he said well he was sorry but he couldn’t do anything. So he can’t do anything but I can. I will never buy anything from any Electronic Express anywhere ever again and I suggest that nobody else should either.

I am so upset with Electronic Express in Spring Hill. We bought a Samsung Tv 75” July 19,2023 we bought the extended warranty and we ask all the questions about what was covered the salesman told us it was covered for everything our tv went out 3 weeks ago we have been screwed around by them and Samsung nobody will cover is it so no we are out 1800.00 for a tv that is 93 days old and they don’t care.. Same old story send to District Manager Again another bad review that they don’t care about.

BIG SHOUT out to Electronic Express for exceptional customer service today during my stove shopping. Following great disappointment with the complete lack of customer service or even acknowledging I entered the appliance department at LOWES ? I took my business elsewhwere to Electronic express and was highly impressed with Tony’s customer service support AND appliance knowledge! This IS THE PLACE to shop for your appliance needs 100%
