We have always had good luck over the past 10 years with this place until the new service techs they have now. We had our car there for 3 days and not only did they not fix the lock actuator, they couldn't diagnosis why it was over heating, and when they gave it back after 3 days of doing nothing the AC doesn't work now either. We will never use their services again.

I took a used car into EOC for a pre-sale inspection and I was so glad I did. Dominic and the technician sat down with us and gave us the bad news. Immediate repairs needed were 20% of the asking price of the car PLUS they warned us of major engine issues for that model.
We did not buy that car and that make of car is off our shopping list.

7-24-24 Just got done having a oil and filter change today and Amanda did an excellent job always smiling greeting people with a warm happy Hello. Oil Tech Jake also was kind and did a good job of fluid change out and was kind to screw in a couple of bolts that were missing from a certain area in the undercarriage so I wanted to thank both of them for a great service and will always return back for any and all services needed to keep my vehicle in tip top running shape.???

It was okay. People nice but they did not put air in my tires. Now I have to go somewhere else bc Im hitting highway. Didn't reset oil life. . Had to tell him to put a sticker in my window. But other than that he was a nice young man.. oh it's not a 10 minute oil change either
