I have used this location many times, and every time, I am greeted with a smile, professionalism, and a little bit of humor thrown in too. Today though, I went to ship something with their “brown competitor”, because I needed to return something with a prepaid label from a vendor. However, I couldn’t print out the label because my printer is in storage during a move. They told me they could print my label, but I had to return in 24 hours to pick it up. ???You’re telling me you can’t print one piece of paper, while I’m standing in your store, to ship something with on your carrier??? I wish online shopping allowed you to choose who ships your items, because I would choose FedEx every time! I walked into FedEx Office, and asked if they could do my job. He had me email it to their store and printed it in two seconds. Not only that, when I went to pay him, he said “no charge for just one little label”… I was in and out in less than three minutes. Every time I have to print or ship anything, I choose to this location.

The staff here is phenomenal! Super helpful in every possible way and they do whatever it takes to make sure you're happy with what you're about to purchase. Had them print and cut a few certifications and they did an incredible job accommodating what I was trying to do.

Love this office. Cliff and his staff are knowledgeable and so friendly. It has the vibe of a small town business conveniently housed within a Walmart. I live taking my business here.

"Next Please" This FedEx is inside of Walmart.... AMAZING!!!VERY Convenient, located on the front wall between both doors. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. If you have a Pre-labeled package you can be in-and-out of there in 5 min flat, pretty much any time of the day. Thank You.

Super friendly service... But if you ask them to ship anything that wasn't personally packed, you have a 505/50 chance of it being done properly.I Shipped a few guitars, and consider myself lucky they arrived safely. Boxed, with a little bit of packing in the ends, but nothing around the sides of the box.
