Very disappointed in how they treated mother who came there with an issue with her windshield wiper not working they told her it was the motor and after further inspection, it turned out to be the actual control arm and they were trying to charge $500 just to replace the motor on her windshield wipers. I also don’t like the fact that I heard that they were a little aggressive with their approach and after further inspection, they didn’t put everything back on that they took off. We had to buy additional clips so the plastic didn’t fly off.

Good customer Service. Even though a mechanic called in sick for my appt time at 7am, they worked reallt hard to keep everything moving, amd were honest about the delay ahead of time. Great work done. clean shop. very polite. make an appointment.

I set an appointment for an oil change at 10am. I received an email confirming my appointment. I dropped my car off at 9:50am and the guy at the counter said “we are a little short-staffed today so it might be 11:30 or later before we call you.” I said “that’s fine” and left. He said he would call me when my car was done. I never got a call. At around 4:30pm that day, I called the shop and the same guy picked up the phone. He told me my car had still not been taken back for service and that I was THIRD IN LINE for service. He then asked my if I would be okay with leaving the car with them overnight. Which of course was not okay, and I told him that. He said “well I’ll see what I can do, I might be able to get them to move you up on the list.” I ended up just picking up my car and taking it somewhere else. No one made any attempt to apologize or make up for the poor service. No one attempted to make an excuse for why my car sat for 6 and a half hours without being touched. An oil change does not take that long and there is no excuse for that treatment.
We have been going to this Firestone for about 3 years but that’s done now. Save yourself the headache and go to Christian Brothers or Fast Lane Express up the road.

I wish i caught the names of the gentlemen who helped me. Big shout out to the team! I made an appointment for a flat tire. I was in and out in 28 minutes. Yes it was a bit more expensive then i would like and they offered to order me less expensive tires. Unfortunately it had to be done that day. So i used what they had in stock. Extremely satisfied with the installation and guest experience. Once i told them i was on a budget they did not keep persisting on up sells which i greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much once again. Team members you know who you are, great job and work gentleman! I will continue to recommend work to family and friends to yalls establishment. Sincerely your nieghbor Aaron.

100% satisfied... It was a Sunday morning when, while driving, I drove over a tarp that had wrapped around the front passenger wheel. When I noticed the problem, I tried to unwrap the tarp to no avail. It was wrapped too tightly to remove without taking off the wheel. Because I had concerns that it might damage the brake or power steering lines, I immediately drove to Firestone in Spring Hill, TN. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jayden, who assured me they would remove the wheel, remove the tarp, and inspect the different lines, brakes, and drums. I was back on the road just a short time later.
Jayden and the mechanics who worked on my car were all professional, kind, and respectful. I will definitely return to this location and recommend that if you are looking for a trustworthy tire and auto repair shop, you give Firestone of Spring Hill a try. I am confident that you will walk away, as I did, as a 100% satisfied customer.
