Spoke with the local branch because the mortgage servicing hotline kept dropping my calls. The customer service person answering the calls was friendly but useless. Not only could he not help, but he couldn't get me to anyone who could. Still on hold the last twenty minutes to fix FIRST BANK'S processing errors. Not only can they not answer the phone but they sent the wrong phone number on the processing paperwork. Wow! Amazing these people can count the money much less lend it!

Sat in the parking till almost 10am waiting for someone to open. The bank opens at 8:30am M-F and no one is here 2 hours after opening time

To say that the customer service was horrid, would be giving them credit that they don't deserve. First, I recurve two Visa / Debit cards in two days for the same account, but with different account numbers and different expiration dates. Secondky, when I called to express my dismay with the error, the person on the end seemed to not care less about the issue and the fact that it opened my account up for fraud. The third and final straw came when updating my online banking, I called to verify the account number and routing, and after validating my identity for the better part of 15 minutes, they would not give me the required information. Needless to say, less than 24 after they absorbed Franklin Synergy Bank into their conglomerate, my account was closed.
