This is the worst home depot of them all....customer service is garbage ....no one ever wants to help....ive called the store 5 times now and litterally get hung up on and call back and the customer service desk sees the caller ID and just send you somewhere else instead of answering.....i promise of its between this store in spring hill or lowes, go to lowes. You will be much better off

bought a dishwasher online and waited over a month for it to be delivered. bought everything that was required for installation. finally came and the refused to install stating it needed a longer hose. they took it back. later found out it needed to be hardwired which was never discussed. had to wait another week for them to come back just to drop it off, not even do anything else. horrible customer service, never use it again.

bought a new zero turn mower at Spring Hill Tn Home Depot and after getting home the store calls me up and tells me the mower they sold me was already sold to someone else the day before and they needed to reverse the transaction. Probably some of the worst incompetence I've ever seen.

Please do not order place orders online they can't seem to put it in the locker when it's supposed to already be in the locker. They lost it, had to call the manager the manager was telling us it was already picked up when we placed the order and had the confirmation code right in her face saying it was still in the locker I had to show my identification 3 times manager finally found it sitting in the sliding doors right behind her, But the people at the return desk were definitely a big help

I ordered and paid for an oven. Waited several weeks. My order was cancelled by either Home Depot or the manufacturer, however, the oven is still for sale it is just $600 more than I had already paid. A Home Depot req said the manufacturer cancelled the order. So if I still want the oven I have to pay $600 more. That's incredibly frustrating and horrible business practice.

Had hardwood floors installed and purchased by Home Depot. There was damage on a portion of the floor and so much of the area has existing flooring. Romanoff were the installers sent by Home Depot. This began in January. We noticed the floor was bumpy right away but gave it one week before we emailed them about the problem thinking it would settle. Here now in July, they say it is a moisture problem and they will not fix it. They have been out several times since January. The installer three times and the manufacturer twice. If it were a moisture problem wouldn't the existing floor of 15 years be bumpy? Ridiculous. We highly recommend staying away from Home Depot for installations. Bad Service. So disappointed.

This morning HD delivered our playset and left it sitting halfway in the street like this, blocking the entire sidewalk. The delivery driver blocked my entire driveway as I was trying to leave to take my children to school and very rudely told me that he could really use some help (directed towards me, a woman with two toddlers sitting in my car) and said he wouldn’t be moving it further into my driveway than what is pictured. He was extremely disgruntled and I needed to leave, but I was still shocked to see it completely blocking the sidewalk and jutting out in the street when I returned home. I paid nearly $5k for this swingset, and it could easily be hit by a car left like this. I also wasn’t at all prepared for the delivery because the delivery date was April 20th. When I called my local Spring Hill store, they got me in touch with Connor, the head of delivery. I explained the situation, and he assured me he would call me back with a solution. He did not; he totally ghosted me. My husband wouldn’t be home from work for hours, so thankfully my neighbors helped me move it further into my driveway, doing the job that the delivery team should’ve done when they dropped it off.

online order filled and shipped promptly and delivered 0842am, thought would be ready for project start BUT just can not fathom how it takes over 24hr since it was received and still NOT Ready for pickup, it is unacceptable,

Home Depot doesn't stand by their commitment to fix damage to your home caused from an installation of one of their products. They've ruined my kitchen. If you want your home ruined, by all means, go to Home Depot!! Good luck.
