This was my first time at Golden Nail spa, and i was excited to try it. I had a gel pedi (#46 pewter grey) and full set french dip powder on hands. The salon was clean, cozy, and smelled fresh. The music and lighting made it relaxing. My nail tech, hannah was gentle, detail oriented, friendly. The massage chair during my pedicure was relaxing. My nails and toes came out smooth, shiny, and exactly like the photo i showed. I left feeling pampered and happy! I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend Golden Nail Spa if you want quality service and a relaxing experience!

We stopped in around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon for pedicures and had a relaxing time. There was no wait, even with three of us. We chose our nail polish and were seated right away. The salon is clean and did not have a harsh acrylic smell, as some can. The technicians were pleasant, offered us complimentary drinks and started our massage chairs. They took their time and didn't rush us to leave so we would be sure our toe polish stayed beautiful. There was light music and the atmosphere was relaxing. We enjoyed our pedicures.

Best nail salon in Spring Hill! Fong always exceeds my expectations and goes above and beyond. He’s very detail oriented and takes his time to make sure his work is perfect. I always look forward to my nail appointment and never leave more than happy. Couldn’t recommend Golden Nail Spa enough!

My 1st visit & they were so attentive & friendly here. I’m VERY particular about my nails (usually takes more time & attn than a normal client) & they took the extra time & didn’t seem irritated at all (like I’ve had at other places). So I’ll DEF be back!

After just 1 week, 2 of my dip powdered nails popped off🥺. Had a pedicure, polish already has started to chip off on my large toe. Poor quality but staff was friendly.

I always get my pedicures from Hannah and she does an amazing job. However, every time I call to schedule an appointment with her, they tell me she’s not there. I finally called to schedule an apt today and they said they could do 11:30 or 12:00. I asked for 12:00 and the call was completed. I called back exactly 10 minutes later to ask if my friend could take the 11:30 slot and they said “no we only have time for one. We will be busy at that time.” TEN MINUTES LATER. They clearly don’t want business. They say they take walk ins, but every time I’ve walked in to get a simple pedi, they say they’re busy, but there’s never any clients there. I’m tired of trying to give my money to a business who doesn’t want it.

I’ve been going here for at least 4 months now. I always ask for Holly and she has been my favorite nail tech I’ve had in a very long time. She is really attentive to what her clients want and does an amazing job. The other techs I’ve gotten to watch and also do great work! They seem to get pretty booked up, but even with back to back appointments my wait time is small if there even is one! Making an appointment ahead of time always helps!

They do a decent job, but it’s not worth the hassle that you have to endure. Half the time the nails come off within a few days, and the attitudes make you feel really unwelcome. It’s like you have to try really hard so they did good job. My daughter and I went there and one of the nail techs husband took my daughters phone number from her phone. After we left, he started texting her inappropriately. He also gave her number to his friend. My daughter never said that he could have her phone number or contact her. This was so wrong! They used to be OK but it’s not worth it with all the issues!

We thought this was a decent salon but when the nail techs husband came on to my daughter and took her phone number without asking this was out of line. If that wasn't bad enough he hounded her incessantly about going out with his friend and gave her number to his friend. He just continually texted her even though she wasn't responding, and she had to block him. Always feeling like you have to be excessively nice to get decent nails. The quality is poor, our nails pop off after a few days. We had scheduled an appointment and showed up on the wrong day a week early (easy error) but when we showed up early the bottom line was to go find another person to do your nails, we won't do them anymore . We were taken so off guard because we did nothing wrong, this was very odd! We have always been nice and tipped well and tried to make accommodations for when they seemed in a bad mood, but this is no way to treat customers!

This is the best nail place i've ever been to. i went today, i went to a place earlier and they did a horrible job so i went to golden nails. they were so sweet. stayed open past the closing time for me. i've been going for a while now and they never disappoint. the service is incredible. the people are very welcoming. i can't say enough good things about golden nails. i highly highly recommend. you will not be disappointed

Walked in during a seemingly very slow time (2 people getting services done) and was turned away. I have never experienced this before. It felt very odd and was rude.
