I came in around I came in around 5 PM. There was A few people waiting on customers and after they purchase and left, they started waiting on the people who came in behind me. I was there for 40 minutes and was never acknowledged.

I had to have my beautiful wedding ring cut off due to a medical emergency. It was in 3 pieces. They are not only fixing it for FREE but everything including resizing is at zero cost!! Can't say how this made my entire year!! Thank you so much kay jewelers for for the empathy, compassion, and care you gave me

Kay Jewelers is a well-known jewelry chain that offers a wide variety of rings, necklaces, earrings, and other jewelry items. However, their reputation is not as good as it once was. Some people have complained about the quality of their diamonds, which are often advertised as being larger than they actually are. Additionally, Kay Jewelers' prices are often higher than those of other jewelry retailers. Overall, Kay Jewelers is not the best place to buy jewelry if you are looking for high quality and affordable prices.

very expensive service. $100 for removing 2 links from regular watch band. battery replacement? forget it. staff is rude and acts like you're bothering them to even ask. have to go to Franklin for batteries.

*** UPDATE***July 23rd.Still no ring.Supposedly will be here by Monday.That will make it 22 days for a sizing. Not to mention WE had to call to confirm if it had even been sent from warehouse.We have had ZERO communication from these people.Once again, don’t use this location.——————————————————————So very disappointed with this location.Dropped my engagement ring off for resizing July 4th and had a so called “Promise Date” of July 20th.I reached out this morning to see if there was an expected delivery time, to which I encountered an attitude from the worker. I was then told they would call me as soon as it arrived.Online, it says the business updated their hours 3 weeks ago and close at 7PM. However, when I had not received a call back by 6PM, I called multiple times until 7PM. Never got an answer.I truly wish we would have returned the ring and went to their sister store of Jared’s in Cool Springs. We could have had one day sizing, and never would have experienced this.

Kay did not disappoint today! We weren’t happy with the diamond selection in store so we special ordered one only after seeing it online and it’s absolutely beautiful. We took advantage of the Kay trade in program and we’re taken care of from start to finish with great customer service.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would!! My boyfriend gave me a ring from here for our 2 year anniversary the end of December of 2020. By March the prongs & diamond setting in the center had fallen out. Luckily, my boyfriend bought the warranty or we would have been very upset. He spent good money on this ring just for the diamond to fall out not even 3 months after buying it. I could not find the diamond because it fell out at a store and I didn’t realize until afterwards. We went to Kay’s to get the diamond put back in and I asked them to resize it to a 4.5. The lady that helped us was nice, that’s the only nice thing about this whole experience with this store. We had to wait longer than they had told us, we called multiple times on different occasions to check up on the status of the ring. No one answered the phone, so we were clueless about it. We live almost an hour away so we weren’t going to drive there just to be told it was not in yet. We finally got a call that it was in, when we got there we found that my diamond ring now had a pearl in it! I was heated! You would think “diamond experts” would know that a pearl did not fit into this ring. There were scratches all over it from them trying to force a pearl into a diamond ring. I know that they take many pictures of all the rings so how would they be okay with giving me a scratched up ring even if it was the right one?!? The lady that helped us said they would not be able to get the pearl out and put a diamond back in, because it would completely ruin the ring. Exactly, that is why they should have known a pearl was not the right center piece in my ring. They told me to take the pearl ring as my “receipt” and to come back up after they had a new diamond ring shipped to the store. After that, they would send it back off after I turned in the pearl one to have resized. I thought they would have my ring size on record, so I didn’t understand why I would have to drive an hour for no reason just to see the wrong sized ring. I did as I was asked and turned in the pearl ring when my actual ring was in. I waited for it to be sent off to be resized to a 4.5 as my old one was. Me and my boyfriend went and picked up my new ring today, and it definitely does not fit like my other ring that was a 4.5 did. I am done with this store so I am not even going to try to get it resized again. Definitely do not recommend this store and I will not be returning!

The chains that come on the necklace's are so fragile and cheap. The customer service is seriously lacking. I have been several times but I am officially done trying with this place. The only good thing about it is Brandi she's super kind and helpful.
