All pleasant interactions. They've answered my calls, answered my questions, never made me feel like a nuisance, and always have my Rx'es in stock. I've never had an Rx error in the 4 years I've used this location, and have even received a heads up that they had to alter a generic used for one of my Rxes. That had never happened for me in another pharmacy before, so that was great. I like that the text prompts to pick up work and include what I have to pay. Easy to change insurance with them too. No complaints and not sure why anyone else would either.

I’m really sad that I am leaving this. I use to come here all the time but I will be switching pharmacies now. I have a medication about two weeks ago that was called in for my husband. It was called in around 12pm so we arrived around 6pm to pick it up (we never received a call or text but thought it would be ready.). When we arrived they said they were out and would not have anymore till tomorrow. I was upset that they still had not called or texted me to tell me this and when I asked them if they were going to tell me of this issue before I came the lady at the counter looked so confused why I was asking that. I thankfully had the other Krogers in Spring Hill fill the meds for me in less then 20 minutes due to needed it asap. Now yesterday the same thing happed.I ordered medications from my doctor, my husband when to get it, they told us to come back at five, I got off work and rushed over to get them and they told me to come back tomorrow. Lack of communication and professional are why I am leaving.

Didn't go in the store, just stopped for gas. Great price and the attendant was very nice. Pump areas were well taken care of too.

Straight up, the worst pharmacy ever. Under staffed, long waits, rude employees are the norm. You call in a prescription refill, don't count on it being there. I don't entirely blame them though. They are extremely under staffed and stressed out. I know I would be.

I would avoid this pharmacy if you NEED medications in a timely manner. That’s just how it is ??♂️ I don’t blame the pharmacy workers though, they seem overworked and stressed out of their minds.

Kroger pharmacy at Port Royal has faced many challenges since the outbreak of Covid and remodeling of the store. I've felt really bad for them, seeing the long lines in the store, when the drive thru was closed and they were short staffed. They've always had a pleasant attitude. They went above and beyond when, due to supply chain issues, they weren't able to get one of my medications. They checked for me almost weekly to see if it was available. I'm always greeted with a smile even when the person before me had been very rude. Kudos to the pharmacy staff for great customer service through all of your many challenges! The only thing I don't like that has changed recently is that they no longer accept GoodRX coupons. I'm pretty sure that's a company wide decision; not just this location. I do wish they would start accepting GoodRx coupons again.

I feel like there's a managers meeting at night trying to come up with ways to make the shopping experience worse. When I think I've had the worst experience, the next time I cave and go here this place says "hold my beer". I prefer to drive across town to literally any other place to get groceries. Can't say I've had one good experience here. There's no logical reason to hate anything this much, let alone a grocery store.

They appear to have cut back on store hours. This place used to close at 11pm, but now they close at 10pm. This is very frustrating because nothing in this town is open past 10pm. Also ever since the renovation and expansion, it takes me twice as long to find anything and none of the employees know where anything is either.

Yes, sometimes the lines are long, it depends on when you go. They are short staffed like everyone else and are doing the best they can. If you have a question you can call them and leave a message and they will return your call. The Pharmacists there are very nice, especially "Paddy", he is always helpful. I see him interact with customers and he goes out of his way to help them. I for one will be staying with this pharmacy.

I know the store is under construction but there is no Excuse for not answering the phone. I called the manager of Kroger he went back To the pharmacy and they said yes they know they’re not answering the phone they’re too busy. Wait times to pick up your prescription or anywhere from 30 to 45 mins. They are the worst!!!I have moved all my Prescriptions to Walmart.

We have used this pharmacy for 3 years and watched it steadily get worse and worse they are so short staffed the pharmacist is literally handling the front registers and filling going back n forth I mean a pharmacist should be counting and her full attention on her job any store manager could come back n help check people out I truely use to love this pharmacy but since the remodel ??!! AKAKAKAA just not happy at all thought it would be better But they did not have the staff before when it was smaller why would they have more staff now that it’s bigger they literally have two people back there it’s ridiculous the lines are longer and longer and longer and now you have to walk away back in the back of the store for the remodel and it’s ridiculous I just really not happy sorry Kroger we are staying with Kroger we’re going to a different Kroger

Literally the worst customer service I’ve received. I’ve been trying to refill a prescription and I finally got a hold of someone and he was so rude and hung up on me. I’ve had problems with this pharmacy ever since I started going here. The worst.

Walgreens on Port Royal wears the crown for being the worst possible pharmacy in the world and Kroger on Port Royal is 2 steps behind them. Avoid all Pharmacies on Port Royal in Spring Hill, TN. The TN Board of Pharmacy are incompetent state employees to allow these 2 pharmacies to operate. They should be shut down.

I've only had issues every time I go here. I understand being understaffed but refusing to give me my medication before 10 when there is no one in line and it's dead is terrible. I work during the hours they said I come back and can't get anyone to pick it up for me. This isn't the only issue here it was just the one that sent me over.
