They are having a special for "Thomas bagels." I buy them all the time but this time it tasted like mold . No wonder it's "buy one get one free." I'm questioning if the expiration date is real

Grocery store with wide selection of foods and other items from hygiene products, toys, healthcare products, car care items. Nice selection of vegetables and fruits, wide varieties of snack foods, and nice section of food for diet restrictions of gluten-free or other dietary needs. Deli section of food for quick take out. Employees are friendly and helpful with questions on their store, but also with information about the area for traveler new to town.

This grocery store is probably the worst one I have ever shopped. We moved to this area about a year and a half ago and, the ONLY good thing about it is that it is a mile away from our home. There is NOTHING good about this store. Poorly merchandised, out of sale items all the time, the very WORST and poorly mannered employees, poor produce, over priced meats, and a terrible management team. Today was the final straw, when I had to check out myself because they had only one checker and the line was at least 20 minutes long. Do NOT go here unless it's the last store on earth.

The cashier, Stacey, and the bagger, Eugene, are some of the rudest people I’ve encountered. I don’t expect a warm greeting, but i also don’t expect to be greeted with rude and dismissive behavior when I’m going somewhere to spend my money. Guess they didn’t like the fact that i came to their lane to cash out my little over $250 order. The two people who were ahead of me, white i might add, were treated with all smiles and “how you doings” while my darker skin tone was met with hmmps and mumbling under their breaths and comments such as “all this stuff” well duh i am grocery shopping in a grocery store! If you don’t like your job, GET A NEW ONE. It’s not my fault at y’all’s big ages you swiping and bagging groceries! But the rest of the employees were great, even had a young gentleman on a ladder ask me if he can assist me. But Stacey and Eugene are complete trash.

Went in because this specific Kroger has been selling rotten deli meat for a year now. The manager (Sean)refused not only to check and give me the Boars Heads policy on how long the meat can be open before being discarded, but also refused to get in touch with his manager because after 17 times of talking to managers in store it’s clear they won’t take care of said issue. Even had to threaten calling the police just for a refund.

I like Kroger but honestly using the digital coupons has eluded me for months until I finally found an employee who could show me. Now it's all good. ?

It is ridiculous that all your coupons are now digital how are the elderly suppose to use them when have don’t have cell phones! Put them back in papers so they can have a chance to get some savings since you prices are also high!

Worst Kroger EVER! I have been here nine consecutive times and there is never anyone who works the customer service desk when I have been in the store. Austin, the manger, is useless. Seriously! He told several of us waiting in line at the customer service desk that the only employee he has that knows how to work the customer service desk was on a cash register at the time. If you have nine self checkouts and three cashiers then why do you need to use your only employee who knows how to work the customer service desk on the cash register when the store wasn't even busy? When I told him I was going to file a complaint with corporate, he responded sarcastically and asked me if I needed the phone number in which I responded and told him I would look up the number myself. Oh, I am sure he knows the number to corporate like the back of his hand because I can't be the only one who is disgusted with this store.
