The phlebotomist, Rexi, was truly amazing! I have very small veins, and almost every phlebotomist I’ve been to has had a hard time drawing my blood. I’m used to getting poked multiple times before they’re successful. She got it on the VERY FIRST try, and from a vein no one else has ever been able to draw from. I’m very impressed! 👏🏻

Not sure what the issue is with this location. Very inconvenient and have to make an appointment to get a 5 minute blood draw. Never anybody in the waiting room, have to use a kiosk to check in and find a time slot. Employees sit behind the desk with the glass closed so they don't have to deal with people.

I had a great experience and I don't say it lightly. After a couple of previous bad experiences elsewhere, I am terrified when it comes to invasive procedures, but Candy and Wanda were phenomenal! They were so accommodating, understanding, took their time - they really went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations. The procedure was quick, no bruising, no arm pain. I did a walk-in and they got me in really fast. Great customer support and professional service!

My urine sample was tampered with and diluted and became invalid for pre employment drug screen. Don’t use this place for the drug screen.

I was a little worried after reading the past reviews but my experience was great. I made an appointment online, when I arrived I used the automated check-in. Everyone was friendly and I was out in about 15 minutes.

Based on reviews here, I was expecting a not so great experience. I got the complete opposite! I showed up without an appointment. From the time I finished registration until I walked out was less than 20 mins. The phlebotomist was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly and kind and joyful! I mentioned the bad reviews and how low their score was. I was told in the last six weeks that they have made a drastic change. It was obvious! The experience here was a 10 out of 10!!

Pretty much everything everyone else is saying. I got here at 7:45 for a blood draw. Checked in at 7:45 through the app. They waited til 8:20 to tell me they had no information on what we were doing, so I had my doctor office call them. I got called back at 9. People at the desk are typical DMV type. Not helpful and no personality.

Phlebotomist team is very nice but Don’t come here unless you’re ready to wait. Even with appointments the wait is 30 plus minutes.

This place is terrible. How you open up at 7:30am and none of your machine work? Then they only have one worker doing everything.

Nice facility, but the phlebotomist was very unfriendly. You would think they’d hire someone with a friendly demeanor to make patients feel at ease, after all you’re sticking a needle in someone’s arm. There was no smile from the time I was called back to the time I left, and not one word uttered until I thanked her at the end. Definitely does not make me feel confident that my lab work will be handled appropriately or professionally. Won’t be back. Do better Labcorp. Now I know why your rating is so low

I sign in and it took over 30mins to get called up to window to check in for pre-employment drug test and everybody else sign in after me got called up to the window. I really think that this place need to better their kiosk because it was saying I didn’t sign went I did sign on the stupid kiosk

It took us almost 2 hours to get a simple blood draw done. When we asked the front desk about where we were in line they just said “we don’t know”.

I recently came for an employer screening. The process was very simple as I arrived for my appt and was in and out within 10 minutes.
