I have used Lindsey to sell a home,buy a home, and I am currently using her for a possible investment property. She always answers her phone when I call her and gives great expert advice. She tells it like it is,doesn’t sugar coat anything, and leads me in the right direction. I would highly recommend Lindsey with any and all of your real estate needs.

I was a property manager for my neighbor, after about 18 months the owner’s asked me how much they could get for the property. I contacted Ms. Andrews for her advice. She was very professional, kind and straightforward. She explained that we had a choice of which way we could go. After speaking with the owners I gave them Ms. Andrews contact information and they listed the property with her.
Within hours there was offers coming in. The house was on the market for 8 days when the final offer came in.
Ms. Andrews was prompt with everything. If I ever sell my house then I know for sure that she will be my realtor.

I did a weekend search for a home in TN. I was lucky enough to contact Lindsey to aid me in the search. I was to be moving from out of state. Lindsey not only showed me great properties, she is super knowledgeable of Williamson County, home prices, and construction practices. She suggested a home that was not on my radar at all. It was the last home we saw, and it was perfect! I sent my husband down to view it a few days later, and he too loved it. Lindsey made sure the deal happened in this competitive housing market and followed up through the pre-sale process with an expert eye. She joined us for the closing just to make sure the deal was sealed. She is also funny and charming so it makes a potentially stressful situation fun and adventurous. I am a huge fan!

I don't recommend this office because of their association with Howard Hicks. He rented a property to me last year & kept my deposit. The property was left in pristine condition & my rent was always on time. I sued him in court in December & I won, but he just never paid the judgement. I now have liens on all his properties. Buyer/renters beware.

Title: Keller Williams' Realtor Agent Vickie Waller Kept My Money and Refuses to Give It Back! Pros: Most every company that I've dealt with has always had some pros; regrettably, though, because of the actions of Keller Williams' Realtor Agent Vickie Waller of Spring Hill, Tn., I will not be making a purchase through Keller Williams' Realty; therefore, I will never learn about any of their pros. Cons: Presently, I don't know of any cons, excepting that when I first met and talked with Keller Williams' Realtor Ms Waller, I was seriously considering making an offer through Keller Williams Realty to purchase a home in the Franklin, Tn, vicinity; however, after going to a yard sale in Spring Hill, Tn., at the home of and giving Ms Vickie $25.00 to purchase a refrigerator and then, afterwards, her blatantly refusing to either give me the refrigerator or to return the $25.00 when I went back two days later to pick up the refrigerator has made me change my mind about using Keller Williams Realty. I don't know if Keller Williams Realty actually sponsored the yard sale or whether it was solely an enterprise of Keller Williams' Realtor agent Vickie Waller; but I do know that Keller Williams Realtor agent Vickie Waller's refusal to give me the refrigerator or to return the $25.00 that I paid her for the refrigerator has made me decide against purchasing a home through Keller Williams' Realty. Advice to Management: Keller Williams' Realtor Ms Vickie Waller's refusal to either give me the refrigerator or to return the $25.00 that I paid to her for the refrigerator has made me decide against using Keller Williams Realty to purchase real property in the Franklin, Tn., area and simply to donate the $25.00 to Ms Waller. Of course I would like to have a tax deductible receipt.
