DO NOT USE LOWES IN SPRING HILL,TN to install your tile, the contractor company they use had me scheduled and rescheduled 5 times the I smaller wouldnt show up and when they finally did they installed my partition from carpet to tile wrong and tried to tell me I didn't order the Lshape for tile ,which was in my garage next to the baseboards,so I was scheduled to have it fixed he didn't show then told me he would be here the next day and flaked then he came and wanted to put a threshold on it I said no and he did a shitty work and had to come back to do the grout which he said he was going to come back that afternoon and didn't call until 5 pm to say he was coming and that he was going to come the next day ,so my silly self thought he's be here first thing Saturday morning since it would of take. 30 min max and he tried to tell me he was coming after 5pm on a Saturday..um.. nope then he wanted to come on sunday...that's a no... so when I talked to lowes about a compensation as I had taken 3 different PTO days for them not to show and the rep had the audacity to only offer me $50.00 are you serious... I will never use Lowes installers again especially if it's thru service pro..

This Lowes location always has what I need. It is clean, well stocked, and the employees are always helpful! Their customer service is always top notch. The other day I ordered something and it was too heavy for me to lift onto my vehicle. Two associates, Gavin and Gunner, helped load my purchase and would not take anything in return for helping me. This Lowes is the best!

Thank you to Mike Hoppel, Appliance Specialist for his expert recommendations when we purchased our new refrigerator. The delivery was next day! We are a Lowe's fan.

I hate Lowe's and here is another reason. If you return something you get a store credit card. You can't use it unless you give them your drivers license and you can't do that at self checkout. So today after I waited for 3 people in front of me at self checkout I was told l had to go to the only register that was open and it had 3 people in line.

Worst experience ever at this Lowe's. Most unhelpful people ever. Would not recommend buying appliances here.

**note - I typed this up assuming I would send it to Lowe's to give them feedback, but since they do not provide an email for feedback, I'll just post it here. Companies that don't provide a way to email them show me right off the bat that they aren't that concerned about customer feedback, since phone calls are not nearly as easy to pass around and use to make changes for the good in a company as emails are. Plus, not everyone enjoys talking on the phone, going through several menus, often getting disconnected or passed on to another person and starting over, etc.** We bought a refrigerator at Lowe's in November 2019 (less than a year ago). Part of what was included was installation. The guys came and set up the refrigerator, and everything seemed good. We started to notice that the stainless steel didn't seem very bright, and upon further inspection realized that there was a thin layer of plastic over the top of all the stainless steel. Obviously, the plastic was there for a good reason, to protect the stainless steel. However, it obviously needed to be removed before the installation was complete. Instead, they just put the door handles for the two parts of the refrigerator and the freezer door on right over the plastic, making it so that I had to remove the handles completely before I could start working on the plastic. Additionally, the plastic is *very* strongly attached all the way to the edges, so it peels away and leaves chunks of plastic behind (see photos). There may be a way to get around this for people who constantly remove plastic--you know, like refrigerator installers--but for me, it was trial and error. I have spent over an hour removing door handles and plastic, and there are still lots of chunks that will need to be removed with pliers if I can ever get them entirely off. So... let's assume that Lowe's installers are not supposed to remove the plastic. Let's assume that's not included. In that case, my salesman should have said, "By the way, there's this annoying plastic layer, and installation doesn't include removing it, so you will want to budget some time to do that yourself. Here are some tips to get that plastic off. Also, you may want to ask them not to install the door handles since you will just have to take them back off." But of course, no one says that because that might make me realize the installation isn't as inclusive as I would like it to be, and I might not buy the refrigerator. But again, let's assume the installers aren't supposed to do it, and my salesman told me that and I'm fine with it. When the installers are doing the installation, they could easily say, "Hey, here's how to install these door handles with this particular tool [kind of like an Alan wrench, but Samsung decided to make it not fit any normal Alan wrench, so if you don't keep up with *this exact little tool*, you will be out of luck when you need to remove the doors or to tighten them when they loosen on their own, which also happened after installation]. Want us to just leave the handles off until you peel off all the plastic? Oh, and here are some tips for removing this really annoying plastic." Well, none of that happened, so once I discovered it, I had to remove the door handles (after trying various tools and finally realizing I had to go dig up *their* tool, which is like an Alan wrench, but just different enough to be obnoxious), peel the plastic off, and then try to figure out how to get all the little chunks (pictured) off too. So the reason I'm writing is just to make sure you know this when you buy a refrigerator at Lowe's and they tell you installation is included. I figure this might help some people avoid the same frustrations I had.

Lowe’s customer service is horrible. Lowe’s delivery is horrible. They made promises and assured us delivery and did not come through. I called local store and corporate. Worst experience not once, but twice in a six month period!

The 1 year warranty on trees only applies if you prevent the receipt from fading out within a year. I just lost my own and my companies’ last $300 at this chain. Good thing Home Depot has a stronger brand and better Pro Rewards.

Went by on New Year's Day morning with my toddler to pick up a few things. First stop was customer service to pick up an order. No warm welcomes there. Borderline rude. Maybe everyone stayed out too late last night. Was asked to step aside from the register to let a customer check out while someone brought it from the back. Waited...and finally said I'd come back after shopping some. Spent most of my time dodging a floor scrubber driving through on the already narrow aisles. I felt like it was following me around. Really interested in spending my Christmas cash on the large craftsman toolbox. No one around to help. Most of the time you couldn't get people to leave you alone. Toddler grabbed a yellow chain blocking one of the registers. It was connected to a large steel barrier post that looked homemade, welded at the bottom with a small base. It fell over and grazed his face. Almost a trip to the ER. It had to weigh about 20 lbs. Left before we were run over by the floor scrubber or knocked in the head by falling steel posts. I'll drive a little further for better service and a safer store.

I believe the worst feeling in the world is having a question that you feel is to insignificant to ask. I'm single, and the time it becomes a barrier is when I need to create a 'Honey Do List.' Apartments have been my comfort zone due to maintenance. Three years into being a home owner, I need to replace items, such as, toilets. I researched and off I went to the store. First stop was Lowe's, Jim S., was too simple! I visited a competitive store and the salesman was over zealous! I found my way back to Jim. He gave me a few pointers to consider and homework such as simple measurements that I needed to complete. I returned the next day, Jim was there to greet me! He gently went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase by answering all of my questions. I trust Lowe's, and I look forward to working with all the Jim's they have staffed. FYI Lowe's lifetime warranty on Kobalt tools is only good with receipt. Had a kobalt hydraulic jack that I've lost receipt for, that leaks hydraulic oil. All I got was sorry! Lifetime warranty is bs.

I went to Lowes two days ago. I ran in to pick up an air conditioner filter. I had been looking for my son a dorm size refrigerator. Sitting by the appliances there were three dorm size refrigerators. They were priced at $129.00. They were on sale. Normally they run about $180.00 to $200. I was really excited because Christmas was coming quick and this was on the list. I needed to talk it over with my husband. The next day I came back and went to the register and it rang up for $149.00. I told the sales lady that the day before it was only $129. She had a manager check and clearly it was $149. The manager gave the refrigerator for the sales price of $129.00. My friend was with me and had a military discount card which gave me another 10% off. They were so very very nice and so very helpful.

I generally like Lowe's however after getting the run-around from a neighboring store about a washing maching order, I ordered from the Spring Hill store. The website said 24 hours delivery and I was called to arrange that "next day" delivery which turned out to be in 8 days. Will be looking at competitor stores for future purchases.
