Ordered delivery online, system said it'd take 40 minutes.At 60 minutes I called the store & was told the driver was just minutes away.At 85 minutes I called the store & was told the driver messed up & took the wrong pizzas but was almost back to the store to get mine.I pointed out that the pizzas would be more than an hour out of the oven when they arrived & was told, don't worry we keep them in thermal bags, they'll still be warm.I pointed out again that they will have been out of the oven for more than an hour, I was told, yeah, but they'll still be good.TERRIBLE customer service & very disappointing pizzas.UPDATE - "Owner" asked for feedback on their internal system last week so they could follow up. I did & there hasn't been a peep out of them SMH

Great customer service! However, I was out of town and drove 20 min to get here... There was a huge bubble of emptiness on my pizza, and the beef taste was weird...

I sent my 2 teen daughters to go in to pick up our call in order, when they went in to pick up the order the “Manager” Logan proceeded to yell at them and say that they did not have an order. I went in to pick up our order when my children came out to the car crying. I walked in and Logan slammed his hands on the counter and rolled his eyes at me mocking my name and still saying we did not have an order. Turns out we did have an order and he was not looking, but then threw our food on the counter!!! Our salad were all shaken up. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever gotten, NOBODY should be working in a public atmosphere if they can make people cry and he should not have a manager position. He was disrespectful towards not only me but also my children. If I could give this 0 stars i would.

There’s several better pizza options in Spring Hill.Also they typically are late. Take out was so late they offered discounts to people waiting. Except our order which was 30 minutes late.Pizza was also undercooked and lacked any decent flavor.

Recently we’ve been really disappointed with the food & delivery service. Being 15-20mins late, with cold food that looks like it has been thrown together. Marcos is a weekly go to for us but not anymore.

Ordered "dine in" and was given a table placard. 42 minutes later we still hadn't received our food, we find it with the take out food and the label says it was packaged 26 minutes previously. The counter was staffed by Jaydn, who seemed completely unfazed to remediate the issue, "We've been waiting almost 45 minutes for our dine-in order, can you look into this?" "What's the name?" (Name given) "Oh. Here it is, have a nice night." "Can we get some plates? We ordered dine-in." Blank look, count to five. "How many?" "Two". And off to the lukewarm food we went, to our sticky table and a dining room that had a slight piss/chemical (ammonia) smell. It's been several years since we'd visited this location, gotta say this is going to personally be my last, probably my Wife's as well. Edit after confrontation to my review: they want me to PM to their FB or Twitter account. Well jeez, everything I said is here, what do you think on my end is going to change by discussing this further. Marcos Spring Hill screwed the pooch and now they want to go private. Or public. Or whatever. We're done, I'm done.

Took forever to get our food. If you have young kids, not a good place to go. And just seemed expensive for what we got. Close to $100 for a pizza, chicken fettuccine, and kids spaghetti, and cokes.

After pre-paying for my order online with a 15% tip, I arrived to an empty Belshire restaurant and was totally ignored by 4 employees for 10 minutes. Three (3 )employees refused to respond to my request for the manager. The manager finally appeared with a phone in his ear, and told me that i would have to wait until he was through with his phone call. Meanwhile, I had to stare at my finished pizza on the shelf, for an additional 5 minutes. I captured this "twilight zone" style of customer service on video. The manager never apologized for the service failure. When I told him that I intended to talk to the regional manager about this, he simply responded "Go ahead. i can't wait!" All of this is on video. Simply unacceptable! I have encountered situations like this before when racial profiling was the intent. I can help but to wonder if this was the same issue, based on the makeup of the staff.

It looks like they have a good rating but I'm gonna give mine anyway. The man at the counter is a great service to the store. That means everything. Great service and food.

A terrible excuse for a sub. This is supposed to be the 12" Italiano Sub. It's all bread, no meat or toppings. Ours was missing the cheese and Italian dressing. The bread was on the verge of being a crouton. These used to be fantastic, such a disappointment how much the quality has declined!
