Recently visited the Spring Hill, TN store. Looking for a guest room King. Had some ideas before we went but rather than take a chance on an online bed, I wanted to feel some. Shannon ( I think that was her name) was very informative, asked questions of what we thought we wanted. Never at any time did I feel pressured to upsell what we wanted. Friendly and listened. Took time with us. We came away happy, comfortable bed for us. Quick delivery

We purchased 3 mattresses from here. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Shannon is an absolute dream to work with. She is not only knowledgeable but her customer service is 2nd to none. Will be back if ever we need to purchase more.

I appreciate being able to actually feel the mattresses before buying. Sales folks have always been super helpful and not pushy. Great customer service and fair pricing.
Easy delivery! The delivery service called the day prior with a 2hr window and called when they were 30 min away. They arrived right on schedule. They moved the old mattress to our garage, set up the new mattress, and removed all packaging.

We purchased our first Queen Tempurpedic bed 18 years ago from Mattress king in Cool Springs. While they’ll last for 20 years we decided it was time for a new one. We checked out several different Tempurpedic options at Mattress King of Spring Hill, TN. Nate and his staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided on the Tempurpedic King with cooling option and adjustable bed frame and love it. My wife and I desperately needed a new mattress and we saw the great reviews so we headed in and the reviews do not lie. We were greeted with such friendly customer service and weren’t pressured to buy the expensive mattress we didn’t needed but pointed to the mattress our bodies needed and man that’s so refreshing in today’s world. So if you’re in the area definitely get your mattress here

Chiropractor suggested a new pillow for my neck pain. He said go to Mattress King. Let me just say, he was correct! Great customer service and great product. First night with new pillow-priceless. No pain this morning 😁
