Came in right after opening on a Wednesday morning and the dressing rooms and restroom were disgusting. The dressing room looked like it hadn’t been swept / mopped in at least a couple weeks: bits of hangers, plastic, stickers, etc all over the floor. Finger smudges on the mirror. I was shopping with my two small children and told them not to touch anything because it all looked so gross. It was worse than Goodwill. The restroom was even worse. To avoid being graphic I’ll just say the toilet clearly had not been cleaned in at least a week, probably more. The floor was nasty. The sink was gross. It was quite troubling to take my toddler in there to use the restroom because it was so beyond unsanitary.Not to mention the clearance section was a straight up disaster. Impossible to find anything with clothes all over the floor and crammed onto the racks like no one cares. Again, I came in the store around 10:15 so it was obvious no one had done any kind of tidying / cleaning between close and open.The front of the store looks put together but the back is atrocious. I was so grossed out by the dressing rooms and putting my clothes on a bench that obviously had not been sanitized in who knows how long that I came home and changed my clothes.I’m a mom of small children and this was my first time shopping for myself for new clothes in over a year. The utter uncleanliness alone made it such a dreadful experience. Shopping with small children is not easy but things like clean common areas can help make it a little more pleasant. I will not be coming back to this location. If the employees do not care enough about the dressing rooms and restrooms to clean them at least on a nightly basis then it leaves me wondering what else they don’t care about. ?

It was busy being at Christmas. All the registers were open and the lines were moving. The store was clean and the staff were friendly.

OK I COULD RAVE ALL DAY HERE! I came during the week/evening and it was magical. The store, bright, clean, lots of options, it was beautiful. The best part... NO LINE to try on and NO LINE to check out. I mentioned to the staff how different this location is compared to Franklin/Brentwood and they replied that everyone says that! LOL I did come over the weekend (today Sat. 12/2) and the line was long but they had all staff on deck and the floor actually didn't look messy at all. I did get through the line somewhat quickly to pick up my online order. I feel like I would drive any distance to have the experiences I have at this store. Much appreciated, and highly recommend. Plus it is amazing how much stuff is right nearby. One stop shop(ing)/center!

30 minutes after a Monday opening, the displays are trashed and isles cluttered with items fallen off the rack. All around the store looks like this. Cashiers discussing how their weekends went.Apparently “cleaning and straightening the store” needs to be retrained.
