Not dependable don't waste your time. Just drove over an hour To have my dog groomed at 8 AM arrived at 7:45 only to be told by Karen the manager that the groomer did not show up and that she is not willing to try to accommodate our appointment today. Took off work this morning to do this. Extremely disappointing not to mention karen had an attitude instead of Just apologizing and finding a solution.

They don’t care about the pets or owners, only socializing. I took my dog for an appointment (on time) and waited 10+ minutes in the store to drop him off and some lady was camped out in the drop off pick up area with her dog. I decided to leave and called them to let them know and to cancel my appointment. Whoever answered didn’t care at all. I won’t be going here again.

I love love love the selection of cats and kittens they get from rescues such as Lucky's Cat House.
They are the most beautiful, social and fun cats and kittens ever. You should go read the cute names they give them (which you could of course rename once they part of your family)I recently saw a gorgeous black kitten 'Cowboy Curtis' there l. I know what a great job the fosters make with these cats that come in via Lucky's so I definitely recommend you pop into PetSmart if your heart or home needs a cat.

ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL ON THE MANAGER AND THE EMPLOYEES!!! NOONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!! The 1 crested geko they had was sleeping in mold from high humidity!!!! The ARRAY of baby bearded dragons, last time I checked. 2 or 3 were star gazing. WHICH HAPPENS FROM IMPROPER CARE FOR THE BABIES!!!!!!!!!! It is a nerological disease (which is not only very contagious) but deadly. As our first baby dragon from pet smart died from it!!! OH LETS NOT FORGET ABOUT THERE VERY BREIF 2 WEEK RETURN POLICY, if the animal survives for that long. P.E.T.A really needs to look into this location. These animals are NOT BEING PROPERLY TAKEN CARE OF. THIS IS ANIMAL CRUELTY, and they are making money off it.

My normal groomer was not in on this day. I decided to take my chances with another. NEVER AGAIN!!!! After waiting for 4 hrs( normally wait for 2 1/2-3 hrs for my little 7 lb guy) I walk into the store and get halfway to the grooming salon and hear a dog crying and screaming VERY loudly….. I walk up to the glass and see that it is MY dog…. I was mortified that they were being very rough with him and he was traumatized. When I went in and got him he was shaking horribly and leaned his whole body into mine. His ears were down and his tail was tucked. All I heard from the groomer were excuses as to why he was crying, our other groomer from PetSmart was very gentle and kind and he always came out happy and giving her kisses. I will never bring him back to PetSmart again.
If you love your fur baby, love them enough to stay away from this place

My dog goes and sees Allyson, the grooming salon manager, every six weeks and she does an amazing job and their pricing isn’t crazy like most groomers.

I’ve had 3 terrible experiences with the grooming at this salon. For the first two they told me it was my dogs fault for getting poked in the eye with scissors. So I put him on calming medication and yet today when I brought him in I got a call that he was on the way to the vet and needed stitches. It’s not worth my dogs life to get a simple haircut. He has been just fine getting haircuts and baths at other puppy salons.

We highly recommend this Petsmart, especially the aquatics department. The aquatics manager, Einar, was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped us set up our child’s perfect first fish tank.

We've been bringing our dog here since last summer and Tiffany P. is the greatest! She loves our dog and does such a great job with her. Everyone is always so friendly with greetings.

Love Saturdays! Adoption days are great! Got everything I needed and cuddles! They were all adopted (at least the ones I saw) love coming here
