Ordered three pizzas one of which was a stuffed crust marinara and cheese pizza, selected no toppings because the deal was for 1 topping and wrote no topping in comments. Called the store, five times explaining I got lectured about how I screwed up my own order and got exactly what I ordered. Horrible experience for my kids. I will not go back to Spring Hill TN Pizza Hut. Rude.

We placed our order through the app at 9pm for a single pepperoni pizza, paid, got the order confirmed, and the order tracker proceeded to sit on "preparing" for a full hour. We started calling at 10pm because at this point we were starving and the store was about to close with absolutely no update. None of our calls were answered. Instead, we dialed the number for an issue with our order and managed to get through to corporate, who was lovely and patched us through directly to the store, who answered this time, said "hello?" once, and immediately pretended not to hear us and hung up. When we called the store directly yet AGAIN, they suddenly picked up right away and said they had no orders. When we explained that we had placed an order an hour ago and would at least like a refund, the employee told us that they were closed and she couldn't refund us, we'd just have to wait to hear from her manager tomorrow. She then refused to take our details for the call back because "she had our order details right here" (was the whole "we have no orders right now" a boldfaced lie?) and hung up on us. I doubt we'll be getting our refund.

Buyer beware. I placed a carry out order from this location on 4/26/22. The order was simple, a family order of baked rotini with cheese breadsticks(which I paid the extra 1.00 for). On my way to pick this order up I received a call from Pizza Hut telling they were out of rotini, but quickly changed to my co-worker just made some from scratch. When I was given my order at the carry out window I noticed the box was light. When I looked inside there was only one pasta. But I caught at the window informed the employee that I was short one pasta. She immediately got defensive and told me her ticket showed only one. I went on to explain that I was charged 18.32 and that is the price for a family size and what was given to me was a regular order. I offered several solutions including refunding the difference or just making another pan of pasta, but her response was "call corporate". So I pulled forward and call corporate. I explained to the person on the phone the situation and while they seemed understanding they did not have the power to fix it. The person said that I would receive a call from "corporate" in 24-72 hours. It's been 5 days and I still haven't heard from "corporate" Bottom line I am out 10.00 or So but more importantly I don't want you this to happen to anyone, so again buyer beware.

Every time and I quite literally mean EVERY TIME I have tried to order from this location there's always an excuse for why they can't deliver, or they "ran out" of half the items on your order. For example, this most recent time, it was about an hour before close (obviously I know they want to go home on time, but this was just ridiculous) and they called right after my order to say "we ran out of *insert everything on my order that is considered a pain in the a** to make* and we also don't do delivery." What kind of BS is that? The other times I've called around the same time they've said it would take "about two hours" to deliver my order. Do they not think we can tell when they're lying so they can leave early? I have half a mind to call corporate. Piss poor service.

Can you give negative stars? Because if I could then this place would get it. Let's start with the fact they were 30 minutes late delivering. When the order arrived it was cold and....... I clearly paid for stuff not in my order. For example, let's start with just one pizza and you'll get the jest- you order a pizza with meatballs, onions, and mushrooms.... but you get a cheese pizza. So you call the store and the person asks you to hold.... after 24 minutes on hold I decide to just drive to the store.... still on hold..... the person said "I'm sorry, can we remake your order?" Me: "no thanks, you can't even answer the phone, I'm still on hold... I'd like a refund." I was then told the manager won't be in and I can't get a refund until the next day? Since I paid $4 for delivery and $8 tip with my order do you think he/she will deliver my refund ? Doubtful...... it's pizza folks, not rocket science..... DO NOT GO HERE EVER..... frozen is the best option

Dark streets, bright headlights makes this pizza hut very hard to find for the first time. 2 hour wait time for delivery makes me want to find another pizza joint. Just too difficult to get to for me.

I've ordered from this Pizza Hut several times and it has always been good. Today I ordered a cheese pizza, garlic knots, and 2 orders of boneless wings. The knots and wings were awesome but the pizza was not on point at all. All I ordered on it was cheese but there was barely any cheese on it. Very dissatisfied.

1 star is only because I couldn't give them a 0! Let me start by saying we have always loved and supported Pizza Hut often. On May 1st we placed an order and picked it up only to find that it was dry and lacking sauce and toppings. We have never called to complain but that time we felt the need to talk to a manager. We did not ask for anything but he looked up our history and offered to give us a $20 credit toward our next offer. He promised that he was new and was trying to get his team up to speed. We have been hesitant to order ever since with Covid. We decided to place an order this evening. My husband went to pick up our pizzas and told them that we should have a $20 credit due to our last visit. The manager had promised to add that to our account. Well that didn't happen of course. This manager (which was new and didn't have a record of what we were told) was impossible to deal with and told us he was only willing to meet us halfway and give us a $10 credit as if we were liars trying to pull off a scheme. He spoke very rudely and unprofessional. Needless to say we will never do business with them again! I don't care what your position is in life we are all responsible to do the very best we can with the job that we have been given especially being a manager. So sad!

I recently ordered a meat lovers pizza from them. It was the best pizza I have ever had. They do not skimp on the toppings. I knew they were having trouble finding drivers and they are not to far from me, so I picked it up. It was hot quick and they were very nice. I highly recommend that in this time if you live close enough to them pick up your pizza and don't blame them if it takes an hour to an hour and a half to get it if you are to lazy to go get it. We are all in this together. I just want to thank them for being opened.

This is the second time I've called this week to have pizza delivered, both times the guy that answers the phone saying "we're not able to do deliveries because we're having car problems". This is after he answers the phone pick up or delivery? After he tells me "we're having car problems" I say then why did you ask me if this was delivery or pick up if you can't deliver?? What the heck is that about??? Very disappointing service.

Wow!!! Is all I can say...what kind of person LIES about their delivery driver being in an accident and the delivery is going to be way late. Apparently your manager in Spring Hill TN does. That wasn't a typo either. There is so much more to this story that I'm not going to type on here, however not only do I see that as integrity issue I also have an issue receiving an empty box along with being told my two options were to wait until someone else brings it which it would have been cold if the accident was true or wait 40 minutes and come and get it from the store, however I would still be stuck paying a tip and delivery fee.

Pizza Hut is great. I miss the old days when you could actually eat under the big red roof, but so be it. Pizza Hut has a consistent taste and they don't miss a beat. Come to think about it I haven't had a mixed up order in the entire 12 years that I have lived here. As the owner of a Real Estate company Nick Butcher Realty I can appreciate that! Serving the general population is never an easy thing. Keep up the good work

Thank god I found a coupon, because I still am having a hard time justifying spending $20 on the "pizza" i just ordered from here. I got a Large stuffed crust with bbq sauce, pineapple, ham, and chicken ( I know I have an odd palette). We did end up running a few errands before picking up this pizza so it was cold when we got there... No big deal, we know how to heat something up. This pizza tasted old.. I had to gnaw on it to even get it to tear off. There was barely any sauce, missing ham, but it did have a couple of chicken pieces and a couple of pineapples. I even tried to scrape the toppings off and just eat those but it was burned onto the base crust. the only good part was the stuffed crust... which I tore off of the remaining pie... I'm going to say a prayer for this store tonight.
