I’m a PB teacher from another studio and felt so welcome coming in and taking here at the Spring Hill studio during the holidays! The whole team was so awesome & Andy’s class was SO good! The retail selection was also super cute! Love my new hoodie!

This place is amazing! It's really full of supportive ppl and this type of workout is meant for ppl of all ages and sizes! It's really affordable if you think about how many classes you attend monthly and what the break down is per class. I've been going since early June and I've been showing visible results since my 8th class!

First off, I have always disliked group fitness classes! I guess I always worried what I look like - clumsy, sweaty, lacking in grace.But that’s not how I felt here.Here, I felt welcome to the community and the class. And the instructors are focused on each individual’s needs and proper modifications. Absolutely love PB!

Pure Barre is a great workout. Small movements that produce big changes. The best part about this studio is the owner and staff! They are all so friendly and helpful. You will feel welcomed and loved at this place.

The best place with the best people. Everyone feels welcome no matter what. The owner and instructors have created this incredible place where we are truly a family and everyone belongs. They will push you and encourage you in the best ways possible. I will forever be thankful for these people and this workout.

The best work out place!!! It’s a great all body work out that pushes you and leaves you sore afterwards. I have seen some great results with my body and feel good about myself again. It’s also a great community of ladies. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you are looking for somewhere to work out to see results and find a community to build on :)

Great workout, and even better people! This studio is SO supportive, pushes me to be stronger, the workouts are FIRE, and the whole experience is just plain fun. Couldn’t be happier to have found PBSH to help me meet my fitness goals!

I have been apart of this incredible community for 3+ years both as a teacher and a client. The workout is a total body burn in 50 minutes. Classes vary to incorporate strength training, flexibility, cardio and core focus. They offer a variety of class times. Perhaps the best part is the inclusive, non judgmental, supportive atmosphere.

I have been a Pure Barre member for the past 3 years at this location in Springhill. I have enjoyed every class and every instructor. The early morning schedule helps me stay focused before heading off to work and I love the variety of classes. The instructors are great...since the class sizes are manageable in size, they are able to observe and modify your technique to make sure it's being done correctly and you are not putting strain on your back. I use to belong to a gym but I love being a part of this studio... and I am happy how my body transformed over the years!

I’ve been a member for three years. It’s an incredible place. They’ve built a community of beautiful people who really enjoy being together. The teachers are fun and engaging, I’ve made so many friends in class. It’s really a special place full of special people.

Pure Barre Spring Hill is a space for all to come and enjoy working out in a supportive environment! The low impact nature provides the opportunity to tone your body, while the instructors are there to help push you and modify if needed. I would suggest this location to anyone wanting to make a big change, or a gradual change to get their body moving!

I highly recommend Pure Barre! You will get a great workout with every format. It’s challenging for all levels of fitness. The instructors are knowledgeable and really desire to help make you stronger and more flexible.

Pure Barre Spring Hill is a fantastic place to workout! Starting a new workout plan can be intimidating, but the community at PBSH is so welcoming and encouraging. They offer 4 different class formats with several times options. The instructors are so helpful and genuinely want you to succeed.

I can't say enough good things about Pure Barre, specifically at this studio. I have never been a big workout person but have found my happy place right here--the people are great, the workouts are fun and energizing and the coaches are so encouraging. If you're looking for new friends or something healthy to add to your routine, this is the place!
