Wish No stars was available!!! Virginia was the worst!!! I’ll never go back. She was so rude! Yelling at my husband because he grabbed a pair of shoes that were too high for me to reach. Didn’t offer to help and had a stank attitude the whole time checking out. I dont know what’s happened to that store but somethings got to change.

Rack room shoes is meh at best but the lady running the counter tonight needs an attitude adjustment ask a question and instead of a polite no i get a straight up no like it was a problem to be there...my bad i promise you wont have to deal with me being a burden again

Worthless store and shopping experience. They lure you in with a buy one and get one for 50 percent off. Found my two pair of shoes and they wanted full price. I called them out on it and they said oh sorry these styles are not included with the bogo. Nothing on the signs luring me into the place does it state that. Spent quite a bit of time shopping for those as well as trying them on. Misleading and dishonest store and I absolutely would recommend finding somewhere else to spend your money. Any big chain will be the same price on shoes anyways. Hope you fix yourself Rack Room ripoff shoes.

I stopped by this afternoon and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff on duty were noticeably rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I’ve never had such a negative experience with customer care, and unfortunately, it left a lasting impression. I won’t be returning.

Rude, condescending older female worker. Buy one get one half off sale is misleading. It says second pair must be of equal or lesser value but that only includes about a 1/8 of inventory of the actual shoes. It does not apply to any shoes that's of equal or lesser value. Off Broadway Shoes has the same deal but it applies to any shoe of equal or lesser value so just go there don't waste your time here. There's actually many many stores that have the buy one pair get one half off of equal or lesser value and that implies to the entire inventory. Misleading promotion, rude employee, worst inventory ive seen in years. 0 stars.

The new update isn't to bad. Lots of women and kids shoes. Guy shoes isn't to.big. went there for some.new shoes and asked a rep for.some.help. all she did was point to the shoes and try some on. She seems there for the paycheck and not wanting to help anyone. Last time I was there, a young lady did help.and asked me some questions on what I was looking for.
