Staff was super friendly and helpful here from the minute I walked in, to helping decide on a dark color for my purpose. I didn't make a decision today, but would return for any paint needs in the future.

Common courtesy doesn’t seem to be of importance at this location.
I get a lot of paint from SW and 90% of the time I come to this location, I am treated rudely and they don’t have what I need.
It’s a bit disappointing to say the least.

I came in today to ask for help with paint for a tree house my father-in-law built for his grandchildren (my two boys). I politely asked for help calculating how much paint I would need, and the person there rudely answered, "That's not our problem; you need to figure that out yourself." I will not be purchasing any paint from this location. I also don't recommend them at all.

Had a local company paint my cabinets. I can tell from the sticker on the paint can that this is where my paint was from. The color on the chip is not necessarily the color you will get. Just beware. Now my cabinets are ruined and the painting company nor Sherwin Williams will do anything about it. They said the paint is mixed by a machine so it’s right and I can pay to repaint if I want a color more like the one I chose.I took a bit of the wet paint and placed it on the chip and allowed it to dry. The pictures show what I am stuck with.Update: a representative from sherwin williams called me today. She said the only option I have is for them to give me free product if I wanted to have it repainted at my cost. She said that in the future I should have tested the area first. At first she said she could refund the money of 1 gallon of paint since that’s all the cabinets took to paint. I find that hard to believe as I have a pretty big kitchen. They also left half a gallon of paint so not sure of her math. Once I was open to at least getting my money, then she came back and said she couldn’t refund the money for the paint since Certapro purchased it. I asked her if she could refund the money to Certapro,and then Certapro refund me. She said no because she isn’t sure Certapro would refund me.

Horrible customer service they don’t even say be right with you no eye contact nothing. And start conversation with each other.

Very pleasant customer service. Product was on time and available at the correct time. Associate carried all my paints to my car. Will use this store again in the future.

This Sherwin Williams is the best, the best part is their customer service. Wyatt is very helpful and is very quick to help and get this done for the customers. I really appreciate his kindness and ability to get us in and out with everything we need.

Almost always has all painting supplies In stock. Occasionally runs out of paint but that's happening everywhere. They usually get it back in stock quick compared to other places if they out of something
