Our family has been part of Spring Hill Academy Preschool for the past five years, and it has truly been one of the greatest blessings in our lives. From the toddler room all the way through elementary, both of our children have grown, thrived, and flourished in ways we never imagined.
What makes Spring Hill Academy so special is its strong Christian foundation and the incredibly loving, family-oriented environment. The teachers and staff are more than educators - they’re spiritual mentors and nurturing role models who genuinely love and care for each child as their own.
The school’s commitment to character building has deeply impacted our kids. They’ve not only learned the fundamentals of reading, math, and problem-solving - they’ve also developed compassion, integrity, respect, and a strong moral compass. The emphasis on faith, kindness, and personal responsibility is woven into everything they do.
We’ve seen firsthand how this school prepares children not just academically, but emotionally and spiritually. It’s a rare gem, and we are forever grateful for the loving foundation Spring Hill Academy has provided for our family.
If you’re looking for a school that builds up the heart, mind, and spirit of your child, this is the place.

SHAP is amazing! Our daughter started at just 3 months old. They love, teach, and care for her as if she is their own family. We are so thankful for them.

Didn't love it. Took my tot out after a month. The front desk staff/owners are sweet and my kiddos main teacher was good but there were always other helpers there that did not communicate and I picked my kid up at 5pm in a soaking wet/leaking/even dirty diaper almost DAILY. I felt that standard education got pushed aside for Bible study and my 3yo never brought home a single worksheet or sang any nursery rhymes that weren't religious.

Spring Hill Academy is such a fun, loving environment for our daughter. We wanted a preschool that factored fun into learning, and the faculty has done just that. She is retaining more than I ever expected in such a short period of time and will be so prepared for Kindergarten. They encourage and celebrate accomplishments, so fun to see her daily excitement! Our family highly recommends Spring Hill Academy, and our daughter literally can not leave without hugging her teacher every day. Makes a Mama happy!

Spring Hill Academy is a great place! We were originally a bit skeptical because the price was one of the lowest in the area. And to be fair, it may not have all the designer frills and tech of some other places. But when it comes to things that count (caring teachers, good curriculum, well organized, good hours), it’s awesome. We’ve seen tremendous growth in our daughter. It’s certainly more a school than a daycare, but the kids still seem like they have a lot of balanced fun times to go with the learning. I highly recommend checking them out!

My daughter started here in September of 2020. She was a one and half years old. Since then she has learned lots of things! She knows a lot of her colors, numbers and shapes! The staff here is awesome and makes it a point to build a relationship with both parents and the student. It’s also extremely affordable which was great for us! Highly recommend them

Since we enrolled our preschooler he has thrived! He went from being inpatient and impulsive, to a calm listener. They make sure all kiddos, no matter what age are having an academic but fun experience! I know that his experience at Spring Hill Academy was the first step needed for the beginning of his academic future.

We just moved here from out of state and it was time for my son to go to school. I did a lot of research on schools and I couldn't be happier picking Spring Hill Academy. Not only are they focused on academics with realistic expectations, they are faith centered which is exactly what we were looking for. We live in Franklin and drive him here everyday with absolutely no regrets. He started late last year for preschool and moved to Kindergarten this year. Mrs. Sarah is great, I adore her. She cares so much and makes sure to say good morning to my son everyday with hugs. He needs someone to engage with him to feel comfortable and she goes out of her way to make sure she does that for him. She was his teacher in preschool and still goes out of her way to make him feel welcomed.Mrs. Murphy is his Kindergarten teacher and she is great! Very kind, takes time to make sure he understands. Tells me what he needs to work on vs. what he's doing well. She has been teaching here for years and seems to be very good at it. I definitely plan on having my daughter come here when it's time.Honestly all of the staff is amazing. I feel at peace leaving him in their care. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family! They don't only "teach" they genuinely care.

This school prepares children both academically and spiritually. I am proud to say both my seven and nine year old daughters completed this course successfully and now are soaring through second and third grade. Our 2yr old and 11 month old are now enrolled and making leaps and bounds. The love and attention they show the children is second to none. Thank you Spring Hill Academy Preschool for your commitment to the nurturing and learning of our children!

I had very high hopes for this school. I rarely do reviews, but feel my experience should be shared. My 4yoson went from a daycare setting to this pre-K program and we were thrilled to start him in a more structured environment. Structure is the key word here, instead it was RIGID. The first week or so, there were no issues or complaints from his teacher Mrs. Sarah. Then unfortunately, two weeks into our sons time at the school, she informed me she had found a better opportunity and pay at a different job and was quitting. The new teacher Mrs. Laura, was noticeably impatient with the children, and rather snippy. (Now, I would have shared my concern with the directors but I never got that chance.) After she started, I began getting complaints about my sons behavior. And it progressively got worse over about two weeks time. We had a productive parent teacher conference (or I should say with the director) in which I thought and hoped all would be resolved. However not even two days later, I call to check in and all hell breaks lose. They say they were just about to call me, that my child is running around, not listening, calling names and “being aggressive”. I’m advised to come and pick him up. I quickly tried to wrap things up with work, when I get yet another frantic call a few moments later that he is “biting and uncontrollable” and that if I don’t “come quickly they might call the police on him”. I’m sorry, WHAT?! None of this makes sense, right?? So before I get a word in, Benjamin (assistant director) tells me that “He may not return after today. I’m sorry if that sounds harsh but we have a business to run.” This place is absolutely RIGID. The expectations for these young children are shameful. Not only was the situation handled incredibly unprofessionally but for people who specialize in child care this was disturbing and shocking. When he was picked up, they didn’t say a word to us. Like they were happy to be rid of him. Absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t reccomend this place to anyone. FYI, my child has never had these types of complaints nor acted out in such a way they describe. Think twice before enrolling your kids here.

We absolutely love this place for our daughter. The teachers are incredible and they truly love & care for each one of their kids. From the minute you walk in, you can tell that the staff/teachers have a true calling to lead these kids. It is amazing that Lola can read at five years old and she is learning Spanish too. I know that she is fully prepared for Kindergarten in the fall. This school is wonderful and I would/do recommend it to everyone I know! Thank you for everything you do

Finding Spring Hill Academy Preschool was such a blessing to our family. Our two youngest children attend (Kindergarten and Toddler) and I cannot say enough good things. Each of the teaches has a passion for teaching children. Our son is well advanced for his age thanks to the hard work and dedication of his teaches. Prior to coming to SHAP for Pre-k he was very quiet and reserved, he is now outgoing and confident. The learning style they teach with helps to nurture their little minds, promote positive self worth and a love for the word of God. I honestly cannot say enough good things, I can't imagine finding anyone better to entrust with my children.

Our son attended SHA a few years ago and we loved it. He excelled academically in school. Fast forward to today and our 4 year old daughter is now attending. The school is still just as amazing now as it was then. She comes home sings songs and plays school with her baby dolls. Such a blessing to be a part of this school again.
