We had such a great interaction with calling and narrowing down a location and then time to go visit. We actually had to reschedule due to an accident, but ended up being able to easily do that over the phone. My husband was able to see the unit and then lock it in. Grateful for this facility as a short term solution!

The prices are false because then they charge you a mandatory insurance fee on top of the rental for fee. I’ve stored at millions of storage unit before and nobody ever did that
However Cal is great. But don’t charge me more when I already showed my insurance the first time and then required again and again my life is busy enough with enough other stuff to do but again has been great. It’s not his fault. They have false advertising.

Service, Security, and Facility meets expectations, however since the facility was purchased by Store Local there has been three separate storage unit rate increases in the last two years.

They let me know when I left my locker unlocked one time! Never any issues from this facility! Highly recommended!
