Vacuums have low pressure, car wash leave lots of spots, the last phase where it dries doesn't even get close to wiping the car. Also towels are not stocked constantly.

It's just ok. I do have a monthly svc there bc its close to my home. It doesn't always get all the things off my vehicle. Also, I was a 19.99 customer for yrs. They decided to increase my contracted rate without notice and started debiting my account for ,I believe, 26.00 now. When I called to complain they didn't care. So I wrote them a letter, they still didn't care.

was overcharged. they charged me for the most expensive package when I said I wanted the less one. when I called they did nothing to correct it except cancel the subscription

We tried out the pass and decided to cancel it. We do not use this enough for the pass. The wash left some areas of our vehicle still needing to be washed again.
The vac section was huge but multiple did not have suction. We also had no towels at 3 of the stations.
There is definitely room for improvement but the car wash closest to my house is rated less that this.

Came by the other day for a quick wash but the car wash was not working. However, the staff took great care of the customers by offering free use of the vacuums, towels, and cleaner, handing out free dash wipes, and offering other assistance as needed. I will say this car wash doesn’t really get the job done because I always leave with the back of my car still dirty, however, the customer service is great!! Keep up the great work with your employees!

I’d like to thank Washtopia management for forcing me to find another car wash company for my monthly business. For those who want a better wash at a better price go to Great White Express Wash on Crossing Circle in Spring Hill near Texas Roadhouse. Better service, better wash, nice staff and better price for the monthly program
