About TheHopeLine
TheHopeLine helps students and young adults in crisis by offering sound advice and a safe place to connect. It is for anyone who needs someone to talk to in the moment. The service provides online resources and the ability to chat live with a Hope Coach to make a true connection. Many find the associates very nice, respectful, and professional, which helps hesitant people open up. They offer help through conversation about personal matters and provide resources for moving forward. Some conversations may include discussion about the love of God. TheHopeLine is there to help people through hard times.

The wait time was not very long, and I was connected to someone who responded quickly. They were very nice and encouraged me to seek out more help, even though I was hesitant at first. I hope anyone who is struggling can find this helpful and have someone to talk to.

They listened to my anger, and proceeded to talk to me for a while. They were able to calm me down and make me feel better. It felt like I was talking to a friend not to a volunteer!
