Eric Peterson and Heather were friendly, attentive and very calm and professional in the treatment of medical care I needed and carried out the process in a timely manner. Also, the wait time before being seen was short and the admitting clerk very kind, calm and thoughtful in providing bottled water during the wait time.

We were very pleased with the staff’s efficiency. They were professional, respectful, accommodating and focused on the main complaint. The doctor was thorough. Their care and concern made a bad experience bearable. We were in and out in two hours. I can’t say enough good things about TriStar ER.
