Came in around 9-9:30pm to get a few things and use the restroom… was able to get what I needed but that bathroom needs help and the young kid(didn’t caught his name) behind the counter didn’t do anything bout it and said 3rd shift is going to clean it that is not a good team player or employee with the attitude and being on his phone more than cashing people out. Little you gonna have to work on your work ethic cause that ain’t good for business

This station absolutely has the nicest staff. Everybody is so inviting and friendly. I love the fact that there are locals that hang out there. Reminds me of the days when my grandfather used to hang out at the hot spot in Franklin. It’s just a good, warm, down home feeling walking in this establishment to get a cup of coffee or anything else. Keep up the great work and continue to take care of your employees whoever owns the store, you’ve done a great job hiring good people that provide excellent customer service.

I’m new to this area and your company ! I recently started stopping by twice daily on my way to work. I have to say the manager Becky and her staff go out of their way to make all the guest feel important. I noticed they all address customers by their names. It feels like a home atmosphere. I will be adding this twice daily to my daily stop from now on! Excellent service and friendly atmosphere
