LOVE shopping at ulta. Although, my last experience here was awful. I love great customer service. What I don't like is being followed around by an employee who thinks I'm there to steal. - I was asked if I needed help, and then told the employee here that I was good just looking thank you. Then I went over to look at other items, and was followed by the same employee, who was just watching me from a distance. I then went back over to the clearance to look more, and was again followed by the same employee who was standing over me JUST WATCHING ME. At this point I felt super uncomfortable to enjoy shopping, so I checked out. I've worked in customer service for 7 years. It's one thing to make sure nothing is being stolen in your store, and it's another to make a customer feel threatened and uncomfortable to shop in your store.

Daisy did an excellent job helping my mom find new makeup for her birthday party. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Give that girl a raise! She's a valuable asset to the company.

Had an amazing experience here today! I am horrible at matching my shade for foundation, Julia help me and my kid both find the shade we needed, was very patient with us and never rushed us or talked down to us, like I've had happen at other places! I highly recommend going here! Julia was amazing!!

I just had hair extensions done. Not even 24 hours later hair extensions and thread started falling out. Beads stayed in. With in a week they were almost all out with the beads in. I went there they refused a refund. They basically blamed it on me not taking care of my hair. Very confrontational. I have had extensions for a year and half prior- and I never had this happen. I do not have time to get them redone before the holidays. So I’m gonna throw my hair up in a pony tail and let them fall out. They refused a refund. Worst experience ever. Plus I used to be a hair stylist. What a waste of 300$. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I was totally ignored when I went in to buy my favorite cologne (Sauvage). Maybe I should have shaved first and put on my slacks instead of walking in with my comfy shorts & t-shirt. 2 out of 3 employees rolled their eyes at me when I walked in but continued their conversations with whom they were already engaged with. I'll just buy from Amazon and avoid the "I'm better than you" critics. I guess it's a Spring Hill thing. Never had this experience in any other Ulta!

I’ve been going to this location for a year now and my best experience was tonight with two specific girls. One was a manager and the other was her associate. The manager was named Stacey (not sure if I spelled it correctly). I don’t remember the other girls name and but they were amazing! They helped me with a product I purchased and went above and beyond. Their customer service was on point!

Every associate in the store except for the young cashier avoided me. I had to interrupt two employees' personal conversation to ask for help finding a product after they avoided eye contact to continue their gossip, and then the employee that pointed me towards it scooted off again without asking if I needed any other help, I had to interrupt her leaving. Even then no "Did you find everything you needed?" , "Can I help you find anything else?" At least five employees in a small store and only the cashier greeted anyone. It's been about the same every time I've gone. The only thing they've ever been interested in helping me with was trying to sell me a credit card. In the future I will be driving all the way up to Franklin when I am forced to shop in-store. I spent over $100 and was planning on spending more on a pallette but I will be going straight to the manufacturer instead.I am genuinely not fussy, I think this might be the first negative review I've left on Google. It's just insulting to walk around such a small, not even busy store obviously looking for something and watch people literally avoid looking at you to avoid doing their job.

I went into Ulta today to find some BB cream and something it make my skin glow. I’ll be having Chemotherapy for breast cancer soon and I wanted a simple routine. Debra listened to my needs and introduced me to Juice Beauty products. She tested them on my skin and really made me feel heard. I loved all the products she shared with me. Debra has great customer service skills, she is excellent in her sales presentations, kind, knowledgeable of products.and an all around Rock Star. You are lucky to have her and because of that I’ll be a repeat customer. Give that gal a raise, she is top notch!

After a very poor experience at Sephora, the girls at Ulta made me feel so much better and were extremely helpful and friendly. I very much appreciate the compassion and excitement they had helping me find makeup.
